A very nice boat ride. We were there during slow season, super hot! So the boat was pretty empty, which was nice. It doesn't go fast, we cruise through looking at lots of real estate and the narrator tells us alot about the owners and area. Lots of jokes included, pretty funny. My family enjoyed it.

Fun relaxing trip seeing some sights and learning some history. Great guides in Josh and Braxton. Would definitely go back!

Took the 90 minute tour around Naples in late June 2024. We were looking for something low-key on a particularly hot day. The boat has lots of good shade which made for a comfortable trip, despite the heat. The captain and crew were hilarious in their presentation. You'll get history of Naples and see many homes of the uber-rich. Nothing against the tour, but it was a bit disheartening to see so many highly expensive homes that are only lived in for mere weeks out of the year. I guess that's what happens when you have more money than you know what to do with, lol!

We had an amazing time on the Double sunshine boat tour! We had a special experience with a family of dolphins that followed our boat on the way back in. Josh and his crew were awesome! Would recommend to anyone!

We liked it so much last year we did it again. It's a lovely way to spend 90 minutes on the water. Our Captain had to cut our time in the Gulf short due to the choppiness. (No complaints from me). David our narrator for a good portion of the trip was informative and entertaining. The homes are magnificent and seeing them alone is worth the price of admission. I would take the trip again and highly recommend it

$151 to see mansions. That was it. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and had a great sense humor. Still not worth it though.

Our Sightseeing and Sunset Cruises are always described as a 90-minute relaxing experience that takes guests from historic Tin City through canals of Port Royal to see mansions and out to the Gulf of Mexico and back in. Along the way, we hope to see native wildlife, that cannot be guaranteed, and our Captain and Mates entertain with interesting narration on our area, wildlife we see along the way and information on the mansions. We want it to be a fun time on the water that gives guests of water view of Naples. We believe a 1-star review is quite punitive when the cost of boating and running a small business is where it is and we keep our prices as low as we possibly can. We offer summer and fall discounts and guests are welcome to use coupons in tourism publications when the summer and fall discounts are no longer applicable. We are so thankful that you mentioned how kind and fun our team was. We are so lucky for each and every one of our team members. We hope that you find your remaining visit to Naples, FL to be more cost-effective for you.

Great day on the water! Saw a few dolphin and got to see some beautiful homes along the way. Excellent tour guides! The boat was comfortable and provided shade from the sun.

I’ve been coming to Naples my whole life and never went on a sightseeing cruise. It was a great way to see another part of the shoreline, luxury estates and hear more about the area. We even had dolphins splashing around the boat several times! Definitely recommend!

My wife and I went on the sightseeing boat tour at Tin City in Naples for her birthday.
Cap'n Josh gave us smooth sailin' and was smooth with the wit.
First Mate Makayla served up drinks like a pro, and helped in other manners on board as well.
First Mate Renee was top notch in her hospitality and charm.

I paid for 7 people..At the last minute 5 of our group couldn’t make the flights from Ohio due to illness. We are a group of senior citizens. So 2 of us went and the kind gentleman at the boat said I could contact trip advisors and get a “voucher of sorts “ for the 5 to use when we reschedule the boat tour…which was awesome! We plan to do it again.
What steps do I need to take?

I would start by looking up Trip Advisors on your device and search the website for contact information. Once you get the information, call them, email, chat, etc. Whatever option they give you to contact them do it and tell them your situation. They should then be able to tell you your next step. Tin City is where the boat is located in Naples. They also have other sight seeing trips and activities that you can do. The sight seeing tour boat is what I did and it's $50/person. You can find it in traveling brochures. We saw two dolphins, a bunch of beautiful rich houses and yachts, and different types of birds. It was definitely worth the $50. Although dolphins won't be a guarantee. It also depends on when you take the tour. Do some research on when dolphins are most likely to be seen then take the trip around that time. I hope you enjoy your trip as much as we did!

I am not sure. I'm sorry, I was on the top of the boat and there was no restroom up there. It's only a 45 minute boat ride, but they do offer snacks, drinks, and alcoholic beverages. If you choose to take children, they do ask not to allow them to run around or stand up or kneel on the seats.
