We stopped here after a day in the park fully expecting to have to wait ages but we didn’t we were seated straight away we had my father in a wheelchair so we were tucked out of the way by the stairs which suited us. Our server was excellent refilling drinks helping my son pick his food and making his milk look a little more fancy honestly his service was excellent I wish id caught his name. The food came quickly and was excellent possibly the best beef burger I have ever had. We loved the musical décor and the music its self and all in all it was a great experience we were so full tho that we didn’t get to try dessert so hopefully, we can go back for that next time.

It is worth doing Hard Rock if you can as it is always a great experience. We love the vibe, decor, memorabilia and of course the menu.
They manage GF no problems at all and all the food was delicious. I can recommend the berry sangria and all the burgers were loads of food and tasty.
Service was a little slow as we were on our way to the Holiday tour so I’m a bit if a rush but otherwise a great meal and not too expensive

I popped in for breakfast. I was the only customer there so not busy at all. I placed my order and waited. What came out was less than impressive. The potato was cold, the toast was cold, the eggs were ice cold and the sausage was so under cooked I had to spit out the very chewy skin. They offered a replacement but I already had to wait a while for this to come out I honestly didn’t want to wait any longer and I was put off by their offerings by that point.

Food and drinks were great. Service started out amazing. Our server was funny and very attentive. Unfortunately about half way through he basically went MIA. I think he was also the bartender and just got busy, but then he should have passed us off the an actual server.

Absolutely terrible place to eat- avoid!!!
It took 3hrs to serve us our meal, messed up orders - 2 main courses missing, then tried to charge us for other people’s meals! Really grumpy and rude staff too - we are not complaining people, and this is honestly the worst service I have ever experienced. Definitely will not be returning, or recommending to others.

Sensational restaurant with a vast array of awe inspiring memorabilia. We visited four times during our vacation and the food was outstanding. Great selection of beers and an even better selection of staff. Special mention for 'Bull' who was world class with his table service on our last night in Orlando! Give that man a raise!

The atmosphere of Hard Rock is definitely something to enjoy and probably the only reason I gave this 2 not 1 star. The service however was shocking! Our server (Ana) was unbelievably rude, I don’t believe I have experienced anything quite like it. We ordered without a problem and after a long wait for our food to came a steak turned up (my mother had order a steak burger) we told our server this was not what we ordered and she proceeded to argue with us that we had, my mother had ordered from the gluten free menu and had pointed to the burger (on the other side of the menu from the steak). The server then came out with the menu and told my mother that this (the steak) was what she ordered. Another server had brought out the steak burger (by which point we had all finished eating) and she continued to argue her point. We were hoping to see the fireworks at Universal but due to this missed it. I was also personally upset as I had wanted a hoodie from there but after this experience I just wanted to leave.

I reviewed here 7 years ago and truly slated the place and vowed never to return. Well never seemed like to long a time so I thought it was time to give it a try again.
Now this was luch this time and not an evening meal I'm not sure if that makes any difference or not but I certainly had a far better meal and experience than last time.
As it was burgers that caused all the trouble last time we opted for the ribs half rack, smoke House comb and chicken tenders. The food was pretty good to be honest and good size portions. The BBQ sauce on the ribs was a touch spicy and I prefer a sweet sauce but not over powering so good the pulled pork wad really nice it came with 3 sides seasoned fries, coleslaw and ranch beans (spicey baked beans) again not a fan of the spice not gave them a wide bearth.
My son had the chicken tenders and fries and was full of praise as 14 year olds are " yeah there good"
The only let down is the drinks, if you have fountain drinks which of course are refillable the water used is the same old horrible tasting park water but for some reason the taste of the water seemed amplified again try something else if you don't like the taste of the park water, they have plenty of other drinks.
Alex was our server and he was really good there enough but not intrusive.
I would go back without a worry now, even though they still have the incredible over priced photo to be aware of.

Long wait for absolutely crappy table on teens 1st visit. Waitress was nice but host setup a terrible, unorganized, hot mess. Food mediocre at best and took forever.
