I am a repeat customer (summer 2019) of JET and was excited to book them upon visiting Jamaica again. My husband and I did two customized tours while vacationing in Jamaica, and appreciate the hospitality, exceptional customer service, and personalized attention. Both Leon and Ryan were prompt with picking us up from the resort and excited to provide a wonderful experience on both days. The genuine care for customers will keep the Johnsons booking with JET. My husband and I and our friends had a great time on the trip. The rum tour was delicious (bought 4 bottles to take home). We thoroughly enjoyed the countryside and our guides stories.

Leon was amazing! We inquired about a tour of local sites and he had no problem getting us in for the tour the same day. He is full of knowledge about the area, ranging from history to food and current events. He was very kind and upbeat each of the 3 times he was our driver. I highly recommend him as a tour guide and will book with him again when I return.

I booked this tour at the last minute (the night before) and Leon was still able to accommodate my mother and I. Our guide was Nigel and he was very knowledgeable about the Montego Bay Area - including local fruits, the economy, architecture and landscaping. We were able to stop anywhere we wanted. I wish we were more prepared to tell him where to stop - I think it would have made the experience even better. I was under the impression that we would be able to visit the Rose Hall, but it was closed. I didn’t see that in the description but it could have been an oversight on my part. Of note, because the tour is for Montego Bay and we were located in Trelawny we were asked to pay extra for gas. This wasn’t an issue at all just an FYI for future travelers. Overall Nigel provided a great experience! My mom and I got to eat fresh fruit, visit downtown Montego Bay with locals, buy fruit off the street, see the Hip Strip and eat oxtails with locals at a local restaurant.

Such an amazing day from start to finish! Nigel and Leon were so friendly and accommodating and gave so much information about the Island throughout the tour. Really completed the whole trip for us. We can’t recommend them enough! :)

We had the pleasure of having both Leon and Nigel along on our private tour of Montego Bay and stops along the way from our hotel near Falmouth. My husband, Mom and I had an amazing afternoon learning about the Montego Bay Area and having the opportunity to see not only tourist sites but were able to experience lots of local love!! Both these gentleman have an excellent reputation in the area and are so kind and respectful. The first communication I had with Leon to our final good bye hug was warm and welcoming! We 100% say they are Aiggght!! Thank you both! Looking forward to our next trip to your amazing country.

A friend and I went to Montego Bay for her birthday. We weren't very attentive when we booked our vacation and actually ended up in Falmouth. That was no problem for this company. I called the day before I wanted the tour and they provided pick up from our hotel and took us on an amazing and informative tour through Montego Bay. Our tour guide, Nigel, was absolutely amazing! He was personable and knowledgeable about the city. We stopped at several places throughout the city including a fruit stand (HUGE avocados!) and a patty place where the patties were to die for. We ended at a jerk place that had the best jerk pork I've ever had.
I'd 100% recommend this company for a tour! If you have an idea of what you want to do or see, just let the driver know and they can make it happen.

Me and my family (8 adults and 4 babies) had excellent time with Leon from MSC Armonia to beach, restaurant and gift shops. He is very nice and his van is very safe and comfortable.
