We appreciate your feedback - even if you did not enjoy the experience. This feedback does give us an opportunity to address some of your expectations and those of future guests. We do state at the beginning of every tour that we do not expect to see paranormal activity during the actual tour. Sanford Ghost Tours does not offer paranormal investigating or spectral hunting. We are a walking tour that tells stories of ghosts past and present. This was communicated on our website and during your booking process. It also states that we are a walking tour that ends with a visit to an actual haunted building. I have included the paragraph from our website. You booked a walking tour in August in Florida. Florida offers tropical climate year round – with August being the hottest month of the year. Unfortunately, this is not something we can control. Again, it is unfortunate that you did not enjoy your experience with Sanford Ghost Tour. We can appreciate that this tour does not satisfy the entertainment expectations of every traveler.
