Views were amazing and our crew were very accommodating!! The drinks were also well priced and delicious. I would definitely go again on a future visit

Great experience! However, the genre and volume of the music needs to be adjusted. All the music was country and volume was loud.

DON'T Waste your MONEY or TIME... The cruise was awful, Drea "the primary cruise guide" was a joke. Shortly after getting started on the "cruise" Drea started heavily promoting the Bar of which she is also the bar tender, and she preceded to tell us over and over again that she does make anything other than tips and she needs to support her and her family and would appreciate any and all tips. We quickly realized this was actually a BOOZE CRUISE and not an actual informative Cruise of the rich and famous of Palm Beach Island and West Palm Beach. This was a family event for us and the constant promotion of Booze and asking for Tips was disgusting. But it gets worse...about a quarter of the way into the cruise Drea was talking about what was originally the Biltmore Hotel and today is the Biltmore Condominiums, and while she was talking about how it has changed hands through the years she mentioned at one point that Hilton Hotels had purchased the hotel and that they then "ran it into the ground like big hotel companies do", well my wife works for Hilton and has worked for Hilton for 20 years, and I also previously worked for Hilton for 10 years, and I can tell you that Hilton Hotel Corp does not run hotels into the ground. My wife spoke up and said "Hey I work for Hilton" and Drea said oh, I'm sorry.... Honestly, we couldn't believe she was so rude and disrespectful. Then shortly after that awful statement she starts insulting Donal d Trump and says you know how he is, he just got out of Prison....we were shocked that she would be saying something like this on a tour in West Palm Beach where most people who are visiting are likely there to see Mar-a-lago, and then another passenger spoke up, and correctly said, "President Trump didn't go to prison". Then she was back to harrassing everyone about buying drinks and how she only makes a living from the tips. Also a passenger asked a question about one of the landmarks on the island that Drea had mentioned something incorrectly about, and when she was questioned on it, she said oh, I was making that up, you know half of what we say is just made up to make the tour more interesting. We thought this was absurd. We spent $200 on tickets to learn about the history and landmarks of the Plam Beach and West Palm Beach, but instead we got a Booze Cruise full of insults and made up information, we don't even know what was true and what wasn't true. Honestly we couldn't wait to get off the boat....but to top it all off, as we were making our way back to the dock, Drea began buying positive reviews with the "free" drinks. She said if you will write a positive review and mention her or Dillion's name and come and show her the review before you post it on Google that she will give you a free beverage....once again we were shocked at what we were hearing, but then we understood why all the reviews we had read were positive, but our experience was absolutely HORRIBLE!!! I contacted Visit Palm Beach tours after we returned home and provided all of this information to them, and the nice lady I spoke to named Kaitlin, told me she would pass the information on to her manager and have her call me. I didn't hear back, so I followed up again, and found out the manager was on vacation, so I waited a week and follow up with the manager via email and she asked me to put all of this in writing, so here it is. To date, I still have not received my refund and I am still very upset that the manager has not refunded our money for the horrible experience we received from this company.

This was a lot of fun! Our captain and bartender/tour guide were full of great energy. It’s a nice calm ride and you see some amazing houses and hear some cool stories. I’m glad we booked this.

The experience was ok. It was nice to be out on a boat in good weather. They played reggae music loudly the whole time, which took away from the experience for me since I don't like that genre. The narrated parts of the tour (which were on and off, adding up to maybe 50% of it) were okay. This famous person used to live in that house, another famous person used to live in that house. Nothing particularly exciting. They have you check in 30-40 min early, but then tell you to come back 15 min before departure, and we still waited around until maybe 5 min before departure, so don't rush to be there early like we did. We had to kill time after rushing there. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this experience. Not worth the money.

Sorry if I don't get the names right, but we had that much fun! Reese and Dylan were exceptional hosts. We drank wonderful concoctions, saw the million dollar homes and enjoyed the sunshine. Easy booking, terrific staff all round. What a terrific day on the water. Worth every dollar!!
