I was in Tanzania January and February in 2016. I came to volunteer at a primary school through a joint program with Dodo and a partner in Sweden.
I had no concrete plans for the weekends when I arrived but just by talking to Collins I learned about lots of activities. From our conversations Collins could recommend a lot of activities and anything that I found interesting he could arrange.
I went to the hot springs, the 3-day safari, a coffee plantation and Collins also offered me a great deal on a tour to Kilimanjaro which I unfortunately was unable to do due to bad weather and limited time.
Long story short, Collins was always just a text away and could make anything happen. He made sure my trip to Tanzania was unforgetable!

Such an amazing experience!
dodo group organizations was super transparent and kind and helped a lot in the preparation of the trip.
PACKAGE INCLUDED
there was absolutely everything provided that you could ask for. From a very nice accommodation, park entry fees, super delicious food from our own safari cook, pick-up at home and transfer & last but not least a truly competent and fun safari guide who made it possible for us to see every animal we wanted to see!
Zebras, Elephants, Lions, Giraffs, Flamingos, Buffalo's, Gepard...
& all in all for an extremely fair price!!
It was insane 😍

Wir wurden in Arusha aufgegabelt und von da an war alles top durchorganisiert. Wir besuchten am ersten Tag den Tarangire Park, dann den Ngorongoro und am Schluss den Lake Manyara. Da die Parks sehr nahe beieinander liegen, konnten wir uns für zwei Nächte in den Fanaka Lodges einrichten, was sehr entspannt war. Unser Koch Bantaleo hat uns mit besten Gerichten vorsorgt und war super symphatisch.
Wie immer auf Safaris ist es Zufall, was man alles zu sehen kriegt. Dennoch ist es auch immer ein wenig abhängig von der Erfahrung des Guides. Unser Guide Dani hat ebenfalls ein super Job gemacht und wir haben viele Tiere gesehen. Können das Unternehmen definitiv weiterempfehlen!
Wie immer auf Safaris ist es Zufall, was man alles zu sehen kriegt. Dennoch ist es auch immer ein wenig abhängig von der Erfahrung des Guides. Unser Guide Dani hat ebenfalls ein super Job gemacht und wir haben viele Tiere gesehen. Können das Unternehmen definitiv weiterempfehlen!

We were planning our honeymoon and were overwhelmed with the plethora of travel agents and locations. The quick and accurate responses we got from Collins, who manages Dodo group travels, helped us choose Tanzania as our destination of choice. Collins helped manage the entire trip by getting us in touch with the best tour guides like John from Inno travels and Waldo from Attec travels to complete our memorable safari. From the depths of Manyara lake to the peaks of Norongoro crater we were filled with insights and history making it an immersive experience.
I would highly recommend Dodo group Travels to anyone looking for a wonderful experience for their first time in Africa.
