The tour guide was good, they told the stories well. It was raining, which is obvously not the tour's fault, but since the bus was old it meant the rain leaked through the roof, and the windows fogged up so we couldn't actually see out of them. Given Chicago weather is unpredictable, I'm surprised they didn't have better facilities for this.
We only left the bus twice - it would've been nice to be able to exit a few more times to take pictures, e.g. at the site of the Valentine's Day Massacre (even if it's only a patch of grass now, I would've liked to see it properly). Maybe they do this when it's not raining? Still, I wish we'd had the option!

Tour guide was wonderful, full of information & fun!
Sorry I forget her name 😳. Tour was 2pm Monday September 18th.
Length of tour was just right & getting off the bus was good too.

The pickup is at 163 E Pearson St. There are 3 parking garages on E. Chicago Ave within 500 feet of the pickup site from $18-$22.

Not sure if other languages are provided. You would have to ask when booking your tickets. This is usually led by a local Chicagoian, so they may have to make provisions to place you with the someone who may speak your language.

Hello, in this area of Chicago you must find your own parking, there is no free street parking anywhere. It is best to park in a parking garage and walk around. We google mapped it and found a fairly inexpensive parking garage 2 blocks south, this is an area where it is very congested and a lot to see, so plan on spending some time in this area,

Yes. Theres nothing gruesome about it but some of the descriptions might need explaining.
