这巴士的就坐体验本身是很舒适的，而且行驶途中你可以见识到许多东西，但在这巴士公司的宣传册里他们说乘客将会免费得到搭乘证明以及吉尔德利牌的大巴士造型的巧克力。当我在千禧公园站台时问及这两样东西时，巴士公司的工作人员只是说这些东西实在艺术学院站台的时候领取的，而这个站台是终点站了。我不能理解为什么一开始的时候巴士公司的宣传人员要提及这些礼品。

We thought we were going to learn about the highlights and history of Chicago. However, the scripted audio sounded more like a middle school theater club production than an informative program about the city of Chicago. Having been on other Big Bus Hop On Hop Off bus tours where there was a live speaker who also answered questions, this was a disappointing experience. The map that we received was not the route that the bus followed. Towards the end of the tour, we took our earphones out; the music was annoying and the dialogue was equally so.

Wir hatten 2 super Touren. Vorallem die 2. Fahrt mit unserem Fahrer Anton war super. Anstatt der automatischen Führung hat er selber moderiert. Das war wirklich klasse:. Sehe empfehlenswert. Gerne wieder!

Our family was staying in downtown Chicago and wanted an easy way to get around and sight-see. This turned out to be the perfect experience. Anton was our bus driver and he was both and knowledgeable! He was very helpful getting our family on and off the bus and recommending what to do. I would recommend this experience!

We didn't get a lot of use from the bus. We secured the 48 hour pass, but should have just gotten the 24 hour pass. We mostly walked where we wanted because the wait for the bus at some of the stops was generally more than 30 minutes. We did sit on the but for the entire loop tour, about 2 hours. There was some fun facts given on the scripted tour, but the "tour script" is not constant, everytime you stop or slow down, it just plays music. We would have liked more facts. There was no interaction with any bus drivers and the employees at the stops were just there to check you in. I'll take a pass in the next city with a Big Bus.

This is a good option to give you an overview of the city. If you stay on the bus, the route takes about 2 hours and it hits the high points of places of interest. We are riding it again today and plan to get on and off the bus at places we want to visit. We enjoyed the open air upper level and there is a lower enclosed area if you prefer. The only negative is the audio system that requires provided headphones. We had to change seats several times because the audio on the left side of our bus has a short in it and it kept turning off and on. Plus, the provided headphones are cheap and don’t fit in the ear very well. They need to upgrade their audio system to a wireless app or something similar so one can use their own headphones.

Scheduled the trip at 10:00 Saturday morning for Saturday afternoon but as a result of wife getting sick and flight issues I could not attend the trip. Also as a result of not being able to cancel in time I was not able to get a refund. Since I was there for a few days I missed everything.

The views were amazing. We had lots of opportunities to get off the bus to visit different sights. I would recommend getting on an early bus, and if you are in Chicago for a couple of days, buy the two day pass.

Expensive cab ride. Bad audio with little substance and music Driver cussing and swearing at traffic. Would not recommend!

I would look on their website. The bud does a total run of about 2 hrs. If you have a specific place you want to see. Cheaper to Uber or cab. If you want to hop on and hop off a lot 👎

Does the 2 day pass last for 48 hrs? Or can you use it one day, skip a day, and then use it again on day 3?

The major problem is that if you haven't bought a ticket beforehand, you cannot buy a ticket other than at the main offices.
Even trying to buy a ticket over the internet was virtually impossible as they were have a major system problem, so after 2 hours I just gave up.

Just do a search for “big bus Chicago route” and you can get both a listing and a street map of each stop on their tours. They list both the day and night tours.
