We had the absolute best, most entertaining server ever. Hunter/aka Batman was a wealth of knowledge about the memorabilia in the restaurant and shared stories of personal experience's with some of the rock royalty. He was so much fun, we wanted him to stay telling stories all night.

Team Us 2K enjoyed a wonderful lunch at this restaurant. Lunch included Cedar Plank Salmon with Mashed Potatoes and Green Beans, Cheeseburger with Fries and Buffalo Wings. Drinks included Bahama Mama's and a Pride Love drink. To end things perfectly, we enjoyed a Brownie Sundae. The service was amazing as our waitress was very informative and joyful. Even the manager came to visit our table to say hello. This was by far one of our favorite Hard Rock Café's and highly recommended if in the Chicago area. Thank you for making this a great experience.

Good, standard Hard Rock food. Mac and Cheese used to have a little spicy zing, but no longer. Pretty good sized serving and not bad taste, just would be a little better with some zing. Pulled pork was very good. Fast service, except for the amount of time required to get AAA discount applied. Overall, a very good lunch.

The food, the drink and the waiter who served us were wonderful, however I asked a waitress who was not serving us for the bill, because she had not seen ours for a while and in a VERY RUDE manner, she told me that she did not He had that table, when he could have given any other answer and in another attitude. Honestly, it ruined our dinner.

Food was ok however although burger bap was toasted it was very cold (must have been toasted a while) given the price charged I was very disappointed. Drinks took a long time to arrive and eventually when they arrived one was missing, long-standing member of Hard Rock Cafe Club I have visited many all over the world. This is the last meal I will ever eat at HRC.
