Worst experience! I made a reservation for the 360 Sky Deck in the Hancock Tower. Due to bad weather and poor view, they recommended me to postpone the reservation. However, this can only happen through Go City. The man on the phone told me that he could not do this and thus my attraction was forfeited. He could offer me to check the reservation confirmation, but this would take 24-48 hours. Thanks for nothing!!!

Bad experience. We arrived at our first destination of the day and our passes wouldn't scan. I spent two hours on the phone outside the Chicago Field Museum trying to work with Go City to get our passes working on the app. They finally worked, but we had lost so much time out of our day, which was a Sunday when things closed earlier anyway. I asked Go City if we could get any time of compensation for the time lost, and they basically told me to kick rocks. Was not worth the price.

I purchased the 5 day explorer pass for a girls trip through Sam’s Club. The web site had show 3 of the attractions were closed due to Covid. When trying to use the pass you will need to copy/paste the order # and your email into the app. When the pass did not work I had to call Sam’s Club to get a new order #. But when make an online reservation at the 360 and Willis Tower the app nor the web site worked. When calling Go City they said they will call you back but sent an email advising me sorry for the inconvenience.

On the pass it has an expectation date. It seems that on te website it says that the pass needs to be used within 40 days of when you use the first experience. It does not say that on the virtual ticket. It has an expiration date. I used the first 3 experiences and then was not able to use the fourth due to family matters. The tickets remained in my virtual wallet on the app with a expiration date of June 29, 2022. As the date was approaching, I made the effort to go to one of the museums in Chicago to use the passes. At the museum they told me the pass was coming up expired. I called Go City and was told that I should have read the rules on the website. I pointed out that no where on the tickets do they indicate the limitation and that the tickets continued to appear on the app with the expiration date. The Go City representative was rude and no help.

I had a very bad experience with go city explorer pass. I booked for sky deck chicago. While selecting their system clearly showed me availability on Thursday. When I selected it and booked i got a confirmation mail for Wednesday. Which is terrible and i cant even use that slot.
I called them multiple times and complained about the problem, they haven’t solved the problem and neither gave a refund. Its the worst customer experience i had with go city.

Excelente experiencia.
La verdad ahorramos mucho usando la Gocity en Chicago, te da acceso a muchas atracciones, incluye el paseo en bus y tour de arquitectura por el rio.
En Skydeck reservamos una hora antes y llegamos y subimos sin problemas solo escanearon el pass y listo. En el 360 Chicago subimos sin necesidad de reservación pero no incluía el Tilt por lo que pagamos 7$ arriba para poder vivir la experiencia.
No hubo ningún problema y la verdad lo recomiendo para ahorrar, compramos pase de 2 días y fue suficiente.
Recomendado.
La verdad ahorramos mucho usando la Gocity en Chicago, te da acceso a muchas atracciones, incluye el paseo en bus y tour de arquitectura por el rio.

Average pass to the city, a lot of things were closed due to Covid which can’t be helped and the time of year which was a bit disappointing. However when using the pass to go to what we could, easy to use. Most annoyingly we waited for hop on hop off bus which only ran Friday to Monday, nowhere does it say this anywhere!

I wasn't able to see wht attractions GO Pass covers until after purchase. The Sky Deck is only Tu-Th. which was a main reason 4 purchase ♡ed it tho!

Purchased the Explorer Pass online prior to mid-July trip to Chicago. We rate this as average because it is convenient to obtain and perhaps can save you money based on your personal choices. However, it is not for everyone and its use is somewhat misleading. Examples: If you want to do the fireworks cruise on the Tall Ship Windy, it's not included with the Pass, and there are others like that. For the more popular venues, such as Skydeck, you have to reserve a time and that attraction will only allow a reservation in advance and in person. Some others are the same way, such as the Big Bus Architectural Night Tour, which only departs from the Navy Pier area and requires an in person reservation. We attempted to go on a weeknight on that Tour only to be turned away because the tour was fully booked and we had not reserved in person and in advance. While as a couple we saved a few dollars we found using the pass was not as convenient as we had hoped, particularly due to the "in person advance reservation" requirements of a number of the more popular attractions. If you have to do that, you may as well pay when reserving for only a modest saving otherwise.

I wanted to go on the windy Chicago sail cruise. You can't make reservations and go chicago pass only let's you get a seat if it doesn't sell out. Because of this, we weren't able to use this. We decided to go to the shed aquarium and apparently this isn't included, either. Total waste of money.

Valid for one year. Can be exchanged for vouchers within 6 months. After you use one ticket, you have to use all within 9 days...check exceptions for some cities like Denver. CityPass website has all the information.
If I get the 3 attraction, do I have to see all three in the same day? or can I split it with the days Im there?
