Was in Chicago for a weekend and decided to take this tour. It exceeded our expectations. Avery was great at oral history story telling. The group was small enough for everyone to hear and big enough to feel safe about 8-10ppl. We learned interesting fact about some dark history of the city, very entertaining. I'd recommend this tour, good price to value.

Avery was a fantastic, charismatic, engaging guide. He took the time to get to know us all and his personality was kind and energetic. The tour was fun, historically informative, and spooky. This was two hours well spent.

Kris with a K was phenomenal! So friendly and personable, he made everyone feel welcome and answered questions with enthusiasm. A walking tour is a great way to discover things about a city and it’s founding culture that you may not learn about otherwise. Our favorite part was the original brownie and Death Alley.

Sophia was great and entertaining. Had a great time, she was attentive to make sure everyone was safe and keeping up with the tour. The amount of people in the tour was perfect. The rest break was perfect timing. Worth the time. It's hard to believe these stories were 100 years ago and are still talked about today. Great job Sophia.

Chicago is a great city. My first time with my family for my younger sons college graduation gift. He chose to go to Chicago. I chose the gangster tour. It was a great walking tour and our tour guide was informative and showed us gangster hangouts and where the wheelin and dealins took place. We we’re definitely intrigued by Al Capone and his nefarious dealings and his control of other criminals and it was just cool to see first hand where all the crime took place. So thank you to our tour guide for his plethora of info.

Conor, our guide, was dynamic, funny and knowledgeable. He made sure that everyone could hear and understand at all times. I definitely recommend this tour !

If your Netflix is full of true crime documentaries and shows, you’ll love this tour! Discovering the haunted history of this great city with our guide Kris (with a K) was awesome! Even though we stood in/near places where horrific things occurred, Kris brought much needed levity to the heavy subjects through engaging storytelling. This night tour is a great way to start off the spooky season!

Joseph did a fine job - entertaining commentary that kept the spirits high, as we walked along the river walk, navigated dark alleys with awesome street art, visited various downtown haunts (including the beautiful Palmer Hotel). A great way to meet others and share your chicago stories. Comfy shoes and layers werenrequired to accommodate the weather at this time.

Very interesting tour, our guide Joseph was knowledgeable, he made the tour fun and engaging. We had a 15 minute break halfway through the tour in a hotel which allowed for a restroom break.
