Been to Taj Mahal with my foreign colleagues on 25 Nov 2023 from Delhi. Had great experience with our kind travel agent Mr. Jagadish. Nice experience excelent work! We recomanded for future travel plans for Friends and family.
Very polite, well spoken english, well informed about shops and sight seeing.
Big plus point they have good knowledge about pricing of souveniers and where to buy originál reasonable priced things.

Our trip from Delhi to Agra and back was filled with with wonderful and very pleasant experiences, so due to oir wonderful Jagdish. He took great care of me and my sons during our stay, always made sure we had what we needed (clean toilets, vendors that did not pressure us into purchasing anything of great and safe food). Highly recommend him and his services.
He speaks really good English, is very smart and knows a lot of information about India, treating us always with utter respect and kindness.

The car was clean and the driver was really good. If you want a sedan specifically ask for a Toyota Etios. They had a tour guide at the Taj Mahal who was extremely knowledgable, very resourceful and made the entire process easy for us. I like that they took us to a place where they show you how the marble effects were handmade and are still being done so. We learnt so much in the process. I would recommend this tour company anyday. We tipped the guide 500 rupees and the driver as well.

Me and my colleague/friend did a trip to the Taj and Agra Fort with Jagdeesh. He was punctual even with having to leave so early and the car was very clean. All went well and we had a great time in Agra!
