Wonderful tacos with a story !

We tried different places, they were amazing! The tacos Arabes were very interesting and tasty. I would never have imagined eating tacos from Lebanon in Mexico ! They were delicious! It was a middle eastern twist on tacos 🌮. We will definitely try the other tours. Our guide Pam was very knowledgeable and told us all about the history and the owners and how they came about. Querétaro is a beautiful city and the downtown area looked very clean.

Great experience!

This was a great experience I would totally recommend! My favorite was the coffee tasting. Overall a great tour and wonderful guide!

Perfect food tour of Queretaro

Awesome tour! Edgar was our guide and was incredibly knowledgeable about Queretaro and everything we got to try. Some of the best tacos, quesadillas, gorditas, etc. we have ever tried! He also asked us questions about what we were looking for and tailored what we ordered at each place based on that! 10/10 would recommend to anyone visiting Queretaro

Highly recommend the Tacos & Tequila tour!

I had a wonderful tour with Itzel! I learned more about Queretaro in a few hours with her than I had in all my wanderings during the week prior. Itzel introduced me to many new tastes of the city -- all were delicious. I was spoiled to have her all to myself and really enjoyed her sweet company. And she speaks perfect English.

Highly recommend!

David and Anna were so amazing I could not more highly recommend this tour!! Every single person in our group had the best time. Each stop was thoughtfully curated and was incredibly delicious. It was a good mix of food, drink and history with a small side of walking. It was exactly what I was looking for and exceeded my expectations. I can’t wait to come back and do a round 2 of this tour with them. I appreciated them accommodating our group and food restrictions as well.

Amazing food in Queretaro

This tour was absolutely amazing! Edgar, our tour guide, was so nice, friendly, and was able to easily translate with us. Also, they were able to accommodate our vegetarian diets with the restaurants. The food was good too! Make sure to try squash blossom quesadillas!

A great way to spend an afternoon in Queretaro

Zeidy was an amazing guide. She was very knowledgeable about Queretaro and obviously loves guiding. She was also just such a lovely person to spend an afternoon with. We tried foods that we otherwise would not have known about and that was a real plus. Queretaro is a beautiful city, well worth a tour. The visit to the first restaurant Las Monjas was very interesting, but we found it odd that we did not eat any food there. We could have done without the Lebanese food and finishing off with some fresh churros instead of ice cream (which we can get at home) would have been appreciated.

Hi Susan! Thank you so much for your kind review. We're so happy to know you enjoyed your time with Zeidy. She also expressed how much she enjoyed her time with you both. I also wanted to clarify a few things for you about the tour that apparently weren't as clear as we would have liked. Firstly, you did eat something from La Monjas! :) What Las Monjas does best is desert and so that's what we give our guests. The churros that Zeidy provided you with in Jardin Guerrero were made right there in the kitchen using centuries-old techniques. We're so sorry that point wasn't made a bit clearer! Secondly, I think what you are referring to as "Lebanese food" is the famous Taco Arabe. While the Taco Arabe does have its origins in Lebanese cuisine, it has been molded by Mexican tastes and ingredients over the past 90 + years and has morphed into what is now considered a staple of Mexican cuisine. In fact, it's the most popular taco in Puebla. :) Querétaro is fortunate enough to have a person who perfectly embodies the fusion of Lebanese/Mexican culture and makes authentic Tacos Arabes. We just wanted to clarify that everything you had on the tour is authentic Mexican food. Finally, thank you for the feedback about the artisanal ice cream stop. David and I are discussing that to see if there might be a better way for us to conclude the tour. We appreciate your feedback and for joining us on our local food experience. Great food tour

My tour guide was very courteous, fun and knowledgeable. The food we tried was delicious and only spicy if you added the hot sauces. I am not a tequila fan but the tequila we had was so smooth and delicious. I like to try food and several of the items were unusual for those from the USA. There was a lot of food to eat at different locally owned places. I also learned some history while we ate our food in the plazas. Well worth it.

Vegetarian Food Tour

As a vegetarian, I was curious what kind of food options I would have in Queretaro.w e went to a number of places and the places we visited all had a vegetarian dish prepared for me. David was the perfect guide/host. He was friendly and engaging and shared a lot of information about Queretaro and it’s history and culture. He was terrific.

Best tour guide ever!

David was amazing. He was very knowledgeable and took us to try some of queretaros best food. This is definitely a must do if you come into town. Can’t say enough about David 10/10! Would definitely do it again! 😊
