Our tour was beautiful, fun, very comfortable and so well planned and paced. We loved learning about the preserve and all of the biodiversity around the waterfalls. Our guides were so warm and welcoming too. We ran into traffic issues and arrived late. They were patiently waiting for us to depart and were understanding about the situation. Lunch was delicious and the coconut water was such a treat!

We had a wonderful time on this tour and was enjoyed by 3 generations of our family. Swimming in the waterfall pools, hiking in the jungle, sipping coconut water while looking out to the coast, and the delicious native lunch made this our favorite tour during our stay in Costa Rica. I would highly recommend this to anyone who wants a personal tour of the jungle.

Fabulous and interesting tour with Cesar educating us on so many sights of the rainforest that we would have missed on our own. Great to hear all about the flora and fauna and also to visit private land that is otherwise unaccessible. Beautiful waterfalls and great refreshing swims with a delicious lunch to finish.
Cesar was very friendly and courteous and spoke excellent English - highly recommended!

Great tour with Ceasar! Breathtaking views, incredible hikes to private waterfalls for swimming. He took fantastic photos. Driving through the rainforest open air is an amazing experience and never forgotten. The authentic Coastarican lunch was really tasty. Thank you so much for the memories. Pura Vida!

We were staying in the cloud forest in Costa Rica, and looking for some tours to do. I came across Hacienda Ebaño and Cesar, and glad I did. He was easy to contact, and we negotiated everything thru WhatsApp (506-8624-5757). He sent a car to pick us up (even though it was a bit farther than normal). It was just my wife, son and I when we arrived, and even though we paid for the regular safari tour, this guy gave us the full experience….Cesar was super knowledgeable, and treated us like gold. As we toured through the 300 acres of land he has. The lunch by the waterfall was incredible, and he stopped every time we saw an animal. Just an all around great person and experience…..even if I’m on the other side of the country, I would come back to Hacienda Ebaño for another visit. 10 star rating if I could. Thanks Cesar!

The food was amazing and the tour guide treated us like family. He fed us fresh fruits, straight off the tree’s. We swam in waterfalls and hiked through the beautiful rainforest. We will definitely be coming back to Costa Rica to the waterfall tour.

This is a must do! Our favorite tour of the trip. If you want to go on a fun safari ride, beautiful hike with beautiful waterfalls and meet lovely people, without the crowds...this is for you too! We rode in an open air safari truck back to the trailhead and farmhouse. Caesar took us on a great hike to see several beautiful waterfalls and shared so many interesting bits of nature knowledge along the way. We are only semi-fit 🙂 60 year-olds and the trail was just the right level of difficulty. Most people could do this well-maintained trail. Then we drove up to the very top of the mountain where you have a beautiful view of the coastline and misty mountain tops. Then back to have lunch which was by far the best excursion lunch we've ever had! Beef, veggies, rice, plantains and corn tortillas wrapped in banana leaves. It was delicious. Caesar and Max took special care to be sure we had anything we needed and we really enjoyed meeting them. Thank you both! We'll hope to see you again soon. Shawn & Charlotte from Idaho

10 out of 10! We had such a great time with our guides learning about the different plants and animals in the area. The guides were extremely helpful and accommodating, and made our time unforgettable! Best thing we did while we were in Costa Rica!
