Ray was very friendly and knowledgeable (and the food was delish!!). We learned moe about the history of Portland and had food at places we would definitely go back to.

The tour was fun but overpriced. We left hungry. I've done a dozen food tours and this offered the lowest value by far. Okay if you have money to burn.

Our food tour did not disappoint. Out guide was Ray and he knew everything about the history of Portland. We stopped at Andy’s and had amazing fish tacos. Then off to Gilbert’s, the seafood chowder was to die for, went back the next day and took some home! Had lobster rolls and ended with creamy chocolate!

Third time taking this tour in the last several years. Timothy was our tour guide again. He is very knowledgeable about the history of Portland (learned some new facts too) and had plenty of recommendations for what to do there. The food on the tour was delicious and we ended the tour with full bellies. Would highly recommend the tour and Timothy as your tour guide.

Tour was canceled 12 hours before the tour was scheduled to start by email from Trip Advisor with no explanation why. The annoying thing is if I canceled that late I would not have gotten a refund

This tour exceeded my expectations, and would highly recommend to anyone visiting Portland. The tour guide, AJ, was very knowledgeable about the area and all restaurants. She gave amazing recommendations for the popular dinner restaurants, but the “low key” restaurants we visited during the tour were just as delicious! I went as a solo traveler (while everyone else was in a couple) but everyone was friendly and welcoming. It was a great way to taste seven (yes SEVEN) unique restaurants, breweries, and a winery all local to Portland. It is all walking but the total distance covered is manageable and accessible. The stops at each restaurant are long enough to eat and enjoy the atmosphere, but not so long you tire of any place.

Brent was our guide for this Culinary Walking Tour. He was very knowledgeable about the city of Portland's history and its food. We went to four places and had a variety of tastings. The one that was the best was Rigby Yard on Wharf St. The lobster roll was very good. We had a great time and learned about Portland's history.

Ray was incredibly knowledgable about Portland, both now and it's history. We appreciated his accommodations for a shellfish allergy and personalized tips based on our interests. Even if you've been to Portland before, this tour is definitely worth it. We now feel right at home in the Old Port!

Amazing experience! We had a large group and AJ rocked this tour with great bites and cocktails along the way along with sharing a plethora of history with us! Definitely recommend this tour!

Your son will have a blast! Not only is the food excellent, but the guide also provided some history of the city and the port area. Very informative. Be sure to ask your guide for restaurant recommendations. Our guide suggested Evo and to get the carrots. We did the tasting menu and it was the best meal we have ever eaten!

Would be best to check in with the company first. However, you will be with a group of people, occasionally indoors and removing your masks to eat/drink, so it might be a good idea to get tested before going, and having proof of a negative test and/or proof of vaccination with you.
I am wondering if there are dairy free options as we are both allergic to all dairy products.
