Wonderful boat ride under mackinaw bridge and back. Enjoyed a cold beverage while cruising. Was a little disappointed we didn’t get to see Fort Michilmilimac from the water. But otherwise tour was as stated.

We had to cancel this excursion due to an unexpected illness with one of my children. The Bridge Cruise was willing to cancel our reservation and give us a refund, but because we had booked through Tripadvisor, the reservation was nonrefundable. Life happens. Too bad Tripadvisor doesn't recognize that.

This was a fun and informative cruise to learn about the history of the mackinaw bridge. Captain and first mate were very pleasant and gave us a lot of information.

We sat in the back of the boat to see well and get good pictures. However, the motor was loud , too few of speakers, and too soft of voice, so we missed most of the history. We enjoyed the boat ride and beverages. we just wished we could have heard the info.

Everything was perfect. Purchasing tickets online and checking in at the dock was easy. The boat was clean and beverages were available for our have. Cap'n Tom and Deck hand Ben were spectacular. The best part though, aside from the beauty of the bridge, was the information & history provided was clearly spoken, easy to understand and easy to hear. I will mention though that going from the dock into the boat is a bit of a challenge if you have mobility issues, but there were plenty of people to help.

The captain and crew were very friendly and knowledgeable. It made the trip very enjoyable. Also there was only 6 people on the boat which made it more enjoyable not being over crowded. The views of the bridge were second to nons.

Is the boat the same one for the sunset Cruise as the one of the bridge history? I read one of your responses as the time will be posted. Can you do the bridge history and stay on for the sunset Cruise.

I think it is the same boat. Give them a call, the lady that answers is the captains mom. She was very nice
I am interested in the history tour but when I select my dates it just shows departure time at 5. Is that the sunset tour? I want to hear about the shipwrecks will that be covered?

The history tour leaves at 5. They have a sunset tour that changes time of departure based on the time of the sunset. That time is posted at the ticket booth.
