Both drivers both ways was excellent courteous polite would ride round trip transfer again when I come back to Vegas

I was in Vegas with a group of 14 and needed transportation both ways from the airport to our hotel on the Vegas strip. Most other private car services wanted about $500 each way and Bell Trans charged us half of that for both ways. We weren't looking for a party bus, just wanted a private ride for our group. Drivers were on time and did a great job of communicating. Our first driver, Charles, went above and beyond. Car was clean and he was waiting for us at the baggage claim. I would definitely use them in the future.

I took my mom to Vegas for her last trip.... wanted it to be special so reserved limo transport from Las Vegas airport to Delano. The driver was awesome! on time and super friendly. He stopped at store so we could get supplies. He had white claws and water available which was nice. The only negative was the temp in car....WAY to hot sweated the whole time. The ride back was also very nice, driver was excellent and was way cooler inside. I am going back in April 2024 and will definitely use these guys again!

Unreliable for time. We waited more than 1/2 hour in Section B at airport in blistering heat with family and Secrion C bus came earlier than our bus. Was given run down by driver that they were taking 3 hours for drop iffs like it was our fault and him procrastinating to let us in bus was an absolute joke that's why we didn't tip him.
I know there are road works and traffic but when you pay alot for a service you expect it to be reliable right? If they left earlier we wouldn't have missed our afternoon arriving at hotel quite late. Regardless, I recommend Karnel Shuttle fir on time service(LA) or take an uber or lyft next time.

The drivers were professional, and the SUV I requested was clean. The dispatch system is flawed and needs work. The drivers did not have my complete contact information. My cell number was missing from my pickup from the airport, so I had no idea who was picking us up or where to meet. On my return trip from the hotel to the airport, the hotel information was incorrect, and I had to wait for 1/2 hour beyond the scheduled time to get picked up. I was getting in a taxi when the driver showed up.

Would give zero stars if I could. Shuttle was late to pick me up, which caused me to miss my flight. I had to spend over 300 dollars in expenses. Had to book a new flight, hotel room, pay for food and Lyft rides to get back to the hotel and back to the airport for the next day. I was stuck in Vegas for an additional 24 hours, and they told me that I would only be reimbursed for the price of the round trip shuttle I paid for. I will NEVER use this company ever again and if you do, be sure to ensure you have better ride options on your way back to the airport to get home. Or have a cheap lawyer.

I've book several limos with Bell over the last few years. Today I noticed our return to st George was earlier than I thought so I sent a text asking our pick up to be adjusted.
Just before 10pm I got a call asking if I needed two limos. When I started to explain he told me to wait and let him finish (not cool).
He read my booking back to me. He then said it didn't have any flight information. I said that's right we take the shuttle to St Georgre. Before I could say another word he cut me off telling me they were a limo not a shuttle. I said I know that and tried to explain what we have done many times. Every time I tried to explain he kept cutting me off. I finally told him to shut up. He cut me off again and said we don't do shut up.
I told him to cancel my bookings. He told me fine and I hung up.
About two minutes later I got a text from him telling me they are a private car and not a shuttle.
This was my response: "No kidding!!! As I tried to tell you we take the limo from the hotel to the airport where we catch the shuttle to st george. We've booked this many times. But you wouldn't let me tell you that. So I'll be talking to your boss tomorrow about how rude you are and I'll be posting it to social media also".
Like I first said we've booked many times over the last few years with Bell, where the driver's and office staff has been great every time. I don't know what's happened but they've gone to pot.

DO NOT use Bell Transportation. They stranded us for our return, pre-paid trip from the Venetian to the airport. We followed all of their protocols to schedule our pre-booked trip. But they never showed up. Every time I called them they assured us for over an hour that the limo would be there in "ten minutes". We ended up paying for a cab and had to rush to our flight because we had waited too long for Bell.
Now, over a month later they still haven't refunded the cost of our trip...or EVER apologized for the inconvenience they caused.
ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE ALL AROUND!

Please do not use this company they are crooks
When we arrived at Las Vegas they were no where to be seen
And tried phoning for the return trip but what a surprise they didn’t answer my call
I’m in the process of trying to get a refund off these crooks and they are trying to offer me a lot less than I paid upfront
Please be aware and don’t use these people

Utilizamos los servicios desde el aeropuerto al hotel, ida y vuelta, y fue excelente experiencia. Llegamos a eso de las 11:30 pm al aeropuerto y estuvieron puntual en el área del equipaje, el chofer nos ayudó con las maletas y la limosina espectacular. De regreso, nos recogieron en el hotel a las 5:30 am y el chófer llegó con 30 minutos de anticipación. Por nuestra parte, tuvimos excelente experiencia.

There are loads of cabs at the airport and they all seem decent, book a transfer online if you can, then you are guaranteed no waiting.
