Enjoyed so much we did the Day and Night tour - only had one issue.
We have used the Hop on Hop off buses all over the world, as they are a good way to get around the city and get your bearings and you can hop off and hop back on using it as transport , I suggest you get at least a two day pass.
We arrived in Vegas and it was hot and exciting!
We purchased tickets from our hotel and had to exchange for a printed ticket on the bus, however the drivers machine wasn't working, no problem see the seller at the next stop.
The drivers and street ticket sellers were certainly very friendly and helpful allowing my husband extra time to get on and off due to a bad knee.
The city sites were great to see during the day but its quite hot on the top deck under the hot sun so take a hat and sunglasses. I thought it would have a 10 minute stop at the 'Vegas' sign for a photo opportunity as they do in some countries, you need to get off.
We had such a great experience that we decided to do the Night Tour later the same night.
With the anticipation of viewing the strip lit up with lights, we joined the line ready to board, this is were for the first time ever we were disappointed!
The guy with the long pony tail hair who was counting the people on board which was full. We asked to go on the next bus which was lined up behind to allow my husband a seat close to the top of the stairs.
This person told us to get out of the line, actually, if we didn't get on NOW we would have to go to the end of the very long line or get on and sit downstairs which was too hot to sit in that sort of heat - no one was sitting downstairs!
We waited as he proceeded to let other people on the bus before us, eventually other people in the line told him to let us on, which we just walked on.
To our joy it was the same bus driver from the day trip who recognized us and we soon forgot about our uncomfortable start to the trip but wish to bring to Big Bus's attention.
We enjoyed the strips night trip with all the bright lights, which is longer than the day route and goes down to 'Old Vegas' and the surprise 1hr drop off at the Gold Nugget resort casino which was amazing!

Tour was fun. Tour team member John from Chicago was the best. Answered our questions, provided everyone with ice cold water, checked on all passengers regularly to make sure we were comfortable, handed out our ear buds. This gentleman enjoys his work. The tour takes you all up n down the Strip and to downtown where it all began. There are some old originals and those places were packed with patrons. Really a very pleasant experience. Thank you Big Bus and THANK YOU John from Chicago!

Had a great time! The bus took us everywhere! Most definitely worth the money!! Recommend this to everyone. The driver gave us time to take pictures at the Las Vegas sign! We were able to go to Fremont Street to see Old Vegas at all the lights!!

Thoroughly enjoyed our evening tour with the exception of getting stuck in traffic due to Kamela Harris’s motorcade. Very frustrating to sit in hot traffic for almost 30 minutes to accommodate her schedule. Obviously no communication as to timing!! My husband and I were especially excited to see the fountains at Bellagio because they will be gone or forever changed soon. And thanks to the bogus BS stop everyone we missed probably our only chance to see this Vegas icon! Our guide was very kind and actually did the commentaries during tour herself (not using the recording). Great experience!

Very good tour. Spent an hour at the Fremont. Very informative. Recorded information provided through headset so you could adjust the volume. Saw all of the hotels/resorts, Vegas sign, wedding chapels, etc. Driver was very nice.

My husband and I visited Vegas in August 2022 and did the Big Bus Tour. We had a phenomenal live guide. She was so good, in fact, that we purposely waited to get back on the same bus after their lunch break, despite the AC on board being broken. As such, we couldn’t wait to take our family when we returned this year as a party of 5. This time there was only a prerecorded tour. It was not very good at all. The headphones barely worked and the tour did not sync up properly to the places. We would be past something already and then the recording would start talking about it. Then because the headphones were garbage, we could barely hear what the recording was saying anyways. It was basically glorified public transit this time. Next time I would just take a Lyft or Uber downtown and walk around or take the monorail up and down the strip to see the sights that way. Would not recommend until they bring back live guided tours. Buses could also benefit from upgraded AC. This time we could not ignore the uncomfortable heat.

Our Big Bus Driver was AMAZING!!! She was knowledge, she was an excellent, safe, and great driver, and she handed out ponchos when it started to rain.

This was a huge waste of money! First of all, the bus was advertised as fully accessible but the wheelchair ramp was broken and I had to get out and walk to my seat - which is so hard for me and also dangerous - so that the wheelchair could be lifted onto the bus by my husband. Next, my husband and I were the only people downstairs and we couldn’t hear the tour guide hardly at all. We didn’t even stop at the welcome to Vegas sign for pictures as advertised.

Lots of information given. Saw all the hotels on the strip then headed downtown and saw part of Fremont Street. A very good 2 hour tour.

I am doing photography so this is not a hop on/ hop bus but you ride with two stops once for a restroom break and then at the Welcome To Las Vegas sign. Don’t get me wrong I got a lot of great photos but for some places like the Bellagio I would like to have just been walking where you can sit around watch the water fountain show and maybe walk around Fremont to see more of that

Please can you tell me does the bus stop at Freemont St for say an hour or half an hour to look around, and then you can get back on for it to take you back to the start at LINQ? It’s so confusing as some reviews say it does and others say not!

I'm sorry I don't know. I have rode the Big Bus each trip to Vegas. Have looked on-line ahead of time, checked the brochures or looked for their employee on the Linq Walk where they sell tickets and stop right under the High Roller.

The bus technically does not stop for anything except a bathroom break. And that was at another hotel, shaped like a castle I forget the name.
You MAY catch the fountain show at a red light but it's not part of the tour. You have to walk to it yourself.
