Smooth pickup and drop off
We had a great ride with Wendy. She was there when we arrived at baggage. She handled our bags and the ride was smooth. We arrived at the Aria pretty quickly and Wendy handed us off to the bellman seamlessly.

Excellent experience
I surprised my kids with this when we arrived in Las Vegas. It was well worth it! Jo’el was wonderful. He kept an eye on our flight and was in constant communication. I would highly recommend this service for any special occasion. Or just for fun!

Bit Disappointed

Driver was nice and helpful.
We ended up in a party bus, just the two of us.
Not ideal and not really the way we wanted to arrive at our hotel.

Great Way to Start and End a Vacation

Our flight landed forty minutes early but when we got to luggage claim, Shawn was there waiting for us. He had been monitoring our flight, so he knew it came in early. We had one friend who was on a different flight that was supposed to arrive the same time as ours. Shawn also monitored her flight, so he helped us gather our luggage and we all were there to greet her. Even though there were seven of us, he made sure we were all comfortable. He even took pictures for us.

Terrrance was equally as customer focused when he picked us up to take us back to the airport.

This was a great way to start and end our vacation. It is obvious that the company is customer centric and that made all the difference. The price was reasonable for the service and was much more convenient and comfortable than the rest our transportation during the trip. Next time we are considering using them for our entire trip, not just transportation to and from the airport. We think it is worth it!!

Excellent Experience!

Our experience was excellent! She was early to meet us at the airport when we arrived. She had chilled champagne waiting after our long flight. The drive to the hotel was a great experience that we will repeat!

Amazing Service Throughout
Gabe was our driver and he was awesome! We stayed in contact throughout the day of to ensure that we was still on time for our arrival. He texted us where he was going to be waiting and was very responsive when our flight was delayed coming in to Vegas. As soon as we got to baggage claim he was already there waiting for us. Our ride to our hotel was smooth and no complaints at all. Customer service was excellent before, during and after. Thanks so much for making our trip so much better.

it was my sister in law birthday and we wanted something special for her. We were a family group of 8 and Edward Grados was my driver and he was just EXCELLENT. he sent me a text message from the beginning telling me his name and where he was. very courteous gentleman, and also speaks like 4 languages! Just an amazing experience.. Thank you Edward for making my trip better!

Couldn't utilize, no issues getting refunded. A+

due to nationwide flight cancellations weren't able to utilize service. That being said, informed company when we found out flight was cancelled. They issued refund same day. Will try to use them in future. 5 stars due to ease of communication.
