We recently experienced a wonderful day touring historic areas of Scotland with Avril. The pick up & drop off at the port was easy and her vehicle was clean and comfortable. Avril herself is charming and a very knowledgeably tour guide.
We highly recommend her and this particular tour is a must if you are an Outlander fan.

What a wonderful day in the Scottish Highlands! Amy was an outstanding guide. She was filled with knowledge about the Highlands and an Outlander fan.She made the trip one of the highlights of a 12 day cruise.I would highly recommend Avril’s tours.

Yesterday (September 15th, 2022) we were in Invergordon with the Aidasol. My wife is a big Outlander fan and I was looking for a provider who would take us to Colloden and came across Avril's Travels .On the way we were with Amy, an Outlander super fan:) in a 16-seater minibus. Amy entertained us very well (the music,the stories)and knew everything about Scotland. The day was the highlight of our trip so far. Thank you Amy! Haste ye back!

Zie vorige beoordeling, staat bij andere vragen lijst. Excursie was rond uit geweldig, Avril vertelt heel veel leuke weetjes en ik beveel deze excursie van harte aan! Ook was het in kleine groepjes, wat zeer prettig was. Prachtig mooi,s gezien

Avril sent us a text the day before confirming where she was picking us up and making it easy for us to find her just across the street. The tour was jam packed with lots of history and local knowledge and she drove us all around making sure we hit then highlights and then some! She's sassy and funny and my mom and I had a fantastic time. Having the smaller tour group was also a plus. She makes sure everyone is comfortable and hydrated and plenty of places to eat along the way.

Avril is the most hardworking tour guide out there. And very knowledgeable. Ancient Scotland and modern in one tour. Van is comfortable and we could hear her clearly with the speaker system. Culloden is a somber battlefield which she explained to us. And we enjoyed a quick lunch at the visitor center which was good. The cairns show the age of human occupation in this land. And the castle was both very old and somewhat new since the current Thane of Cawdor still lives there. Great tour and great guide.

We (group of five) had a great day with our guide, Amy. She picked us up at the port close to the cruise ship - and brought us back in time, as promised. We had a fantastic day, Amy supplied us with lots of interesting information about Scotland in general, the TV series Outlander and the region in particular. During the car ride she played some great scottish music. I was a really great day and I would definately recommend it!
