The car and driver were wonderful, helpful and timely. MY ROBLEM was with the office staff. I was to call upon landing , the agent who answered the call wanted information on specific hotel street address, which was already provided and confirmed prior to ride. I did not have ready access to this while exiting the plane and airport. HEAVY frustration with the office, but the car and driver were great

I had booked a transfer back to the airport gi in italy on my departure from new york I called the carmel agency saying that I was ready for departure from my hotel in manhattan to the newark airport at 14:32 minutes I called and they told me 10- 15 minutes the driver would arrive. after 45 minutes always waiting I called back and they told me that they had no cars and that they were sorry !!!! I took a taxi that cost me $165 and I was lucky that I did not miss the plane . if anyone knows how to report these individuals let them know

Excellent experience with Carmel!
We were picked up neatly on time by friendly driver and also for he5 transfer decided to book with Carmel.
Also went excellently.
If I went back to New York again I would book with Carmel.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They will legitimately harass you for tips, they'll drive erratically, and they barely speak any English. Use Uber, Lyft, or another taxi company. Calling customer service will route you to people in the Philippines! You've been warned!
