If you’re looking for a driver who’s reliable and a genuinely nice person, Debobo is a great choice. His driving skills are solid and certainly competent. it’s also his friendly and accommodating nature that really stands out. He’s always punctual, has a positive attitude, and goes out of his way to ensure passengers are comfortable. Thank you Debobo.

We can only express our gratitude for Gunawan's excellent service, which accompanied us for three days. He knew perfectly the roads and the most interesting places to visit, and made every stage of our trip pleasant and safe. His sympathy and availability were a real added value. Family of 5. Used Rio Bali Tours on our last full day in Bali. RD was our driver. He had the best English of all the Balinese we interacted with. Nice kind gentleman. Spotted us some Rupiah when Tanah Lot temple didn't take credit cards.

We have traveled to Bali 6 or 7 times. We have used every visit. Email him and ask. He is very knowledgeable, a certified guide, and an excellent driver. Hi. We saw different drivers accompany thier guest everywhere and some just dropped them off near the entrance and left. I can only speak of Wah. He accompanied us when he felt like he could ad the the experience such as at temples and heritage sites. He was able to give us histories and add a personal element to the cultural places of interest. When it came to things like dinner or beach clubs he felt it was important to let us experience those on our own. No matter what we did our saw, however, he escorted us and gave us all the information we needed to to experience everything comfortably and completely. It seemed like he knew just how much to guide us and exactly when to let us be on our own. Here is Wah's Whatsapp number, +62 857-3818-1615. I can't recommend him enough.

We have used Merta since 2002 and have made about 7 trips to Bali. I always told people how well Merta spoke English and how we was a Certified Guide which is something you really need to know when you are hiring a driver/guide. And how he was knowledgeable, trustworthy, etc. Well things changed, let me tell you about our recent trip, March 2019. Merta picked us up at the airport in Denpasar and took us to our hotel in Jimbaran and we stayed 4 nights, did not do much, just walked around the town, and really settled in from Jet Lag. Then Merta picked us up and took us to Sanur Beach Hotel. On our third day there 23 March, I had heart pains. I went to the hotel Doctor, he sent me to the Sanur Hospital and they put me in an ambulance to go the the Kuta Hospital. I called Merta. He got to the Sanur hospital before the ambulance left and with his wife and daughter in the car they followed the ambulance to the Kuta hospital. My wife was with me in the ambulance. At the Kuta hospital, it was diagnosed that I had a Heart Attack and they did a procedure and put 1 stent in. All this time Merta and his wife and daughter stayed with my wife and when I went to the ICU unit, there was my wife, Merta, his wife and daughter. They took my wife back to the hotel that night and picked her up the next day and brought her back to the hospital. For the next four days, Merta was either checking on me or picking up my wife and bringing her back and forth to the hospital. And then on 26 March he checked my wife out of the Sanur hotel and took her to the Ubud hotel (all these reservations were made in advance) and the on 27 March, picked up my wife in Ubud, took her to the hospital in Kuta, helped me check out and took us back to Ubud. When I say helped us check out, remember we are in Bali, English is not the first language, although some of the people in the hospital spoke excellent English is was great having Merta there to make sure I understand what was being said. He also took me back to the Kuta hospital on 1 April for my final visit with the Doctor. I could go on and on and tell you what other things he did during that period from 23 March to 4 April until we finally left. Above I mentioned that I told people how great a guide/driver and certified guide he was and that things changed, what changed is that definitely now he is family. We could never repay all the things he and his family did for my wife and during that period. Daily I would ask "how much" his comment, nothing you are family. His time, the gas, the cell phone he gave us, but most of all his concern and caring for us will never be repaid. Our last day there, they had us over his home before we went to the airport, we were able to give him and his family a gift. You definitely cannot go wrong with Merta.
