I had a half day trip today with Komang Alu, which was absolutely fantastic.
Komang Alu took me around to all of the various sights in Ubud as well as gave me a lot of the history lessons and insight into Balinese culture and religion.
Komang was very flexible with me, giving me options for how I wanted to structure the trip and asked about what I wanted to do to make sure I got the most out of it.
As a solo traveller, I found it really great to go on a tour with a local so I could learn and get the proper cultural experience. I highly recommend Komang Alu and this tour for any travellers looking to explore Ubud and learn more about the culture of Bali.

My partner and I had an amazing experience with our tour guide, Wira! He was incredibly knowledgeable and showed a deep understanding of the areas he took us.
His insights into the local culture were not only informative but also fascinating, giving us a real sense of the traditions that shape the region we visited.
Wira was smart, articulate, and answered all our questions with ease, making the tour both educational and enjoyable.
If you’re looking to explore the Ubud region with ease and accessibility to both nature and local culture, I would highly recommend!

I love Ketut so much that I brought my father to Bali to meet him! Back in May 2023, Ketut gave me and a friend a fantastic tour - we had the best time. It was super interesting and fun - we learned and laughed the whole day. When my dad asked me to take him to Indonesia this year, the first thing I did was contact Ketut because I knew he would take excellent care of my father (who is in his 80s and walks with a cane). Ketut tailored our tour so that my dad would be comfortable and when the weather didn't fully cooperate, he changed plans so we could visit another place instead. You should not hesitate to book a tour with Ketut and his team. I hope to return yet again in this lifetime to explore Bali with my friend Ketut. My dad and I thank you for your excellent care and for teaching us the Balinese Mindset that keeps you so positive and loving!

Our tour guide's name was Wira and he was amazing. He took us to see the coffee plantation, temple and waterfalls. It's a good itinerary for a short tour. We stopped for lunch at a really nice restaurant overlooking the paddy fields. Overall wonderful experience and I highly recommend the tour with Wira. He was exceptional.

A very enjoyable and interesting tour with guide Wira who made us feel really welcome. He is extremely pleasant and knowledgeable and made our tour experience informative, fun and interesting. A great tour guide. Thank you Wira for sharing part beautiful Bali and uts culture.

Our guide today was Wira we had a lovely day throughly enjoyed our experience temple, rice fields and also added coffee tasting which was an added bonus

We had a very nice time on the half day tour with Wayan as our guide. He is very knowledgable about Bali and the locations we visited.
Everything was well organised and relaxed. We visited the waterfall, elephant temple, the rice fields and finishing at a coffee plantation. It was an ideal half day trip for our short stay in Bali. Highly recommended!

We had such an amazing day with our friend WIRA..he took us to some lovely,spectacular,beautiful places and was very informative and answered all our questions and more.. lovely cold ac car and was very very clean

I would really like to do this tour. I am 68 Years old and very physically fit. The age limit for this tour is 65.
I will have my own travel insurance.
Can I still do this tour?

How bizarre that I missed that condition. My wife and I were respectively 69 and 71 when we did it. The driver didn't seem bothered and there was nothing compulsory that would be physically challenging. Mind you we did walk to the bottom of a very long and steep flight of steps to get to a waterfall. No one insisted.
