Dear Gabriel, I am glad to hear that overall your experience was positive. However, I apologize for the inconveniences that you experienced during your tour with us, please keep in mind that our staff never try to sell anything, instead, the people you met during your sunset trek are not part of our staff. As for the start of the ride we always try to bring the camels to the guests hotel to have the pickup and dropoff from the hotel in a way to enjoy the ride from palm groves to sahara dunes.
