First of all, don't book this because it's on the American side. To see all three falls illuminated, you have to be on the Canadian side. Secondly, this was not a "tour." This was a person who knew very little about Niagara Falls, walking us to a place that did not showcase the illuminated falls. She did not have a speaker with her, so unless you were right next to her, you couldn't hear anything she was saying (which wasn't much).
She was on her phone texting half the time, and when we asked questions, she either didn't know or had to Google it. She verbally got excited when two people who ordered the 90-minute tour didn't show because it meant she could cut out early. This is a fine feeling to have as a human, but not one you should share with your paying customers.
All we did was walk from Hard Rock Cafe to the American Falls overlook and then walk back. It's not a tour, and I can't stress that enough. Save your money for either something on the Canadian side or for a different tour/attraction/restaurant on the American side.

We got to see all the beautiful views from the best spots and our tour guide enlightened us with history about the falls .. super cool experience

It is a waste of money. You walk where you can walk alone, with the difference that someone is talking to you. You pay for a boat ride that they don't give you.

We spent a hefty $210 (group of 3) for this walking tour. Was it worth it? No! We could have totally done it on our own, and it would have been as convenient & satisfying as the tour guide telling us which path to walk on. Sorry to say, 70 bucks per head for merely walking with the guide for two view points - goat island and maid-of-the-mist visitor center - was so disappointing. These view points are anyway free and accessible to general public. Please do not take this walking tour! Rather gamble your $210 at a casino and lose it! I guess it’s pinching me more as we were a group of 3, and I didn't see the value for the money we paid.
Maybe a charge of 40 bucks per head would have been more appropriate.

Just an awful struggle to get tickets back after they were erroneously canceled by Attractions4us LLC claiming we had used the Maid of the Mist part of our tickets when we had not.. For a 2 day trip and spending almost an hour in the phone trying to get tickets sent via text (despite the hour in hold on said cell number) they claimed they could not send.
Time was running out and opted to buy new tickets, kindly asked Attractions4us LLC to refund part of previous tickets that were never used or swiped - radio silence.
Be wary or this company, witnessed many others going through the same thing that day.

No one showed up so we didn't get to do it we ate at hard Rock then sat out frount 2 hours and the guy for the tour never showed. We even asked the people in hard Rock cafe if we're at right spot they never heard of or about this tour. Very unprofessional and I'm not happy hopefully we can get a refund.wasnt going to put a review till they message back about a refund but they messaged me asking for a rating and how it was .

The tour guide was there and 10 other passengers did check in. Please call our office and we can reschedule you. It sounds like you were eating inside we wait outside at the entrances just like the voucher instructions.

My daughter and I made a quick trip from NC to Niagara Falls. The view from the Canadian side is amazing. The Maid of the Mist boat ride was spectacular. The flowers in early August were gorgeous. My Mom said everyone should NF - in her memory we made the trip and it will provide lasting memories.

This is a tourist trap. You can visit all for free. The information you get, though interesting, are not at all worth the price you pay.

How far do you pick up a person for a tour depends on the hotel??
