We had a really nice trip with this funny relaxed Hanoud. He made us feel comfortable, save and has a lot of knowledge about the history of Zanzibar, Stone Town and Prison Island. But also how it is going now. We asked hem also about his life and family and it is nice to share the differences in our both family’s. We have got a nice place to lunch. It was one of the best experience on Zanzibar and we did a lot. We can highly recommend Hanoud. You won’t get sorry and have a really great time.

Masoud guided us around Stone town in such a nice and friendly way. He has a great knowledge of Stone town, Zanzibar and Tanzania and he told us so much interesting facts about the history and life today. Masoud has a very good English and we really appreciated this tour in Stone town (we didn’t do the herbs).

After our safari in mainland we spent three days in Zanzibar. We were very lucky, since Masoud was our private guide for two days. Visits to Stone town and spice farm were extremely interesting thanks to Masoud. To hear a lot of history and fascinating details helped us to understand and respect the versatile culture of Zanzibar. But this was not all! Masoud arranged a real surprise on next day - we participated in private cooking lessons and helped in preparing traditional lunch for us. Such hospitality and kindness we will never forget.
Masoud made our days in Zanzibar immemorable. He is extremely professional and informative, friendly with good sense of humour. We are happy to recommend him. Pirkko and Esko

We were on private short tour in Zanzibar after our safari in mainland. Masoud was our guide when visiting in Stone town and spice farm and next day organizing private cooking lession when we participated in preparing traditional lunch for us. It was really quite something which we deeply appreciate. Masoud is very professional and informative, extremely friendly with good sense of humour. He told us a lot of history of Zanzibar, which is important in order to
understand the culture and specialties of Zanzibar. We can highly recommend him. Thank you Masoud, you made our stay in Zanzibar very enjoyable. Pirkko and Esko

This was both a very informative and fun tour! Our guide was really friendly, bringing in-depth local knowledge of culture, history, and agriculture. We had the best time guessing the spices as he and his aide picked them fresh on the farm. The tour of Stone Town was also great - both informational and experiential. Our guide even brought us umbrellas when it began to downpour with no warning. I highly recommend!

For our honeymoon my husband and I decided to explore Zanzibar. Masoud was our tour guide for Stone town and snorkelling at Mnemba Atoll
Masoud was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He made us feel comfortable to ask questions while guiding us around and on the drive into town. He also helped us to find exactly what we wanted within stone town as well.
Masoud let us dictate the pace of your tour. Never rushed us or anything while looking around or exploring shops.
During our snorkelling trip he made sure we experienced everything to the fullest and took the best pictures too!

I highly recommend this tour. Our guide, Masoud, was excellent, very knowledgeable about the spices and Stone Town.
We signed up for the afternoon tour, since we arrived at Zanzibar from the mainland in the morning. First we toured the spice farm. It was very interesting and Masoud was very engaging and explained all the details about the spices. Then, we took a walking tour of Stone Town. Again, very informative and interesting.
I can't think of a better and more enjoyable way to understand the history of Zanzibar than to take this tour.
