Worst service and customer service I have ever encountered. Booked transfer from Santorini port to our hotel in Oia a few weeks in advance. It was $40, after a long day of traveling was looking forward to seeing our transfer after finally, getting off the ferry. Unfortunately, no one was there. Called to see if maybe they were running late and was repeatedly hung up on. 45 minutes later had to pay another $40 to finally take a cab to our hotel. No idea how this company has any positive reviews when they don’t even have the decency to answer a question when called. BUYER BEWARE, SAVE YOUR MONEY AND BOOK WITH A BETTER AND MORE RELIABLE COMPANY.

kindly send us your BR - number in order to find out what had happened.
If you have not used our Private Transfer we will definately refund your reservation.
We haven't had any calls from you. We are a decent office and under no circumstances would we hang up.

Despite what appeared to be good email communication to book my private transfer at 45Euros, for a 15 minute ride, they did not follow anything they emailed me. They did not have my name on a sign at the Arrivals gate nor their logo displayed. I had to try to find a way to make a phone call, after traveling for 25 hours. Two of us had to call before we found our ride. Meanwhile other companies were displaying a dozen names for easy pick up.
Then to make matters worse, the driver did not speak English. He couldn't fit his enormous shuttle bus up the street to our hotel 0.2 mile away and just notified to us to get out in the dark and try to find the hotel on the our own. 20 minutes later, we finally checked in.
What kind of value is this?
Then I emailed them to both explain how poor their service was and to ask where we would be picked up in the return, which I had already paid for. They didn't respond. I had to call the day before to confirm.
Note: we did book a hotel many steps down the Fira cliff. So you would have to walk 50-100 steps on your own.
However, every other pick up service I've paid a premium for, the driver has always carried my bags into the lobby.

Dear fongj2, thank you for your review. We really apologize for not reaching your expectations even we try hard every day! Our aim is to provide the best service possible. Your comment helps us to try harder in the future. Kindly note that due to the unique cliff side pedestrian area the driver is not able to park and help you with your lugauges. This is the reason that almost every hotel at the cliff side area has a bell boy. We remain always at your disposal.
