Athena the guide was very informative
Only if she hadn’t advised us to visit bad quality restaurants it would be better
The tour stops were short, not enough time to explore
I was advised to use the QR to pay my entrance to Akrotiri but when my tickets weren’t coming through to my email me and my daughter who have traveled over 1000 miles mainly for the visit to akrotiri were left outside without any help
10 minutes later the emails arrived but we had lost the start of the guided tour and the most precious 10’ of our life

Me and my girlfriend took this full day tour during our island hopping holiday with a two night stop in Santorini. While there was a little hiccup in the morning with our pickup, we had easy communication with customer service that guided us to the next closest pickup point where we met up with our guide Christine, a local living in Santorini, who is very friendly, funnny and knowledgeable about the island and its culture.
This tour shows you most of the highlights of the island, from north to south. The guide who showed us around the pre-historic archaeological site at Akrotiri was an archaeologist, which is fantastic!
Overall, the tour is well planned out, with just the right amount of time at every stop. After the tour ends, it also includes bus transfer to and back from Oia which is famous for its sunset (with some tips of alternative locations to watch the sunset where it is relatively less busy).
Overall we think the tour offers good value for money. If you have limited time on the island and want to see as much as possible, we really recommend this tour!

Do not book this tour. First, they picked up me 30 minutes late at the meeting point.
The Itinerary do not match with the description activities. This tour is exactly as another that cost €50 with the same company, but for this one they will charge you €67. The driver said that they haven’t update their information activities.
I have contacted via Trip Advisor chat an company mail without response.

Dear Customer
Tour was provided exactly the same way it was advertised online. If you didn’t want to join our tour simply you could have said to our guide to drop you off to a convenient location for you rather than after the end of the tour try to negotiate a partial refund for the reason you had a similar experience with another company few days ago. Regards

Not a very good tour. It is too long for a tour; it’s very exhausting due to extreme heat, and we went in August. They should have at least provided water or sell water in the bus. The lunch was around 2:30 pm. We were very hungry. We had to walked a mile to the meeting place because they told us that our hotel is not accessible by bus, but the bus passed by our hotel later on.The bus was full and the AC was low. We had to pick up all the passengers. The only thing we enjoyed is the panoramic view from the monastery. The tour to Oia to view the sunset is too crowded, we end up watching the sunset in the parking lot. Our tour guide Vicky was very knowledgeable, we learned a lot about Santorini, however she wasn’t very friendly. She is impatient to other tourists asking questions. The bus driver Nikos was nice. He was helpful and willing to answer questions.

Αs per tour description any personal food consumption is not included. Also do have in mind that due to island complexity all hotels are not accessible thus we provide the nearest location for pick up close to your hotel. Last but not least do have in mind that you visit one of the most famous islands worldwide thus our tour was fully booked which means we do something quite right.
Your comments are essential to us as they represent a very important tool of measuring our performance and improving our services where necessary.

I booked this tour prior to arriving in Santorini. The three of us enjoyed it and it definitely was suitable for us as we only stayed in the island for a few days. The tour pretty much showed us all the major attractions in the island in one day. The wine tour was the best! I cannot forget the Vinsanto traditional desert wine! It was the best!
I definitely recommend this tour if you are staying for a short period of time. However, I think that if you don't like being rushed into moving to the next destination, its probably not suitable for you because in every stop, there is a limited amount of time allocated. It worked out for us because you only need to take a picture there and move on as there isn't much to do (for example, Red beach and visit at the highest point of the island- 25 minutes each).
Although the Oia sunset which is the last part of the tour was amazing- allocated time 2hrs and15 minutes. Arrived at Oia 1830 and pick up at 20.25.
The tour can pick you up from your hotel. The company sent us an email after the booking to ask for the hotel and they will give you the closest pick up point.
Be clear to state you location and double check the times- one of the passengers in the tour somehow was not picked up until after the first visit of the tour.

I called
the viator first and ask if the local company will pick up in the hotel before I booked . The agent told me they will pick up us on our hotel but end up not and met us somewhere instead. I got so mad when the bus passed by our hotel , why made us walked almost a mile.
