Excellent tour, we went to all the important places and have a nice experience. Our guide Lulu was excellent, taking to best spots! The agency really helped with our schedule and helped with everything, we recommend it!!

The tours were very good! Guide Danil is just fire! The pagodas were good too, only the meals are not suitable breakfast is not very delicious.

Gabrielle and Phoenix were both excellent guides! They looked out for me, kept me on track and even gave me snacks if I was hungry and we weren't near food 😆 The grand canyon, glass bridge, zipline, slide and Golden whip stream where my favourite things. Phoenix even organised for me to attend the fox show, which was a highlight of my whole trip to China. Phoenix was excellent at keeping a good pace on the tour and jumped in to snap lots of photos of me too. Both Phoenix and Gabrielle were also lots of fun to talk to ☺️ I highly recommend this tour, especially the 2nd day and the Golden whip stream - if you only have one day, spend it there!

Our guide Ms Tang was a gem and she was knowledgeable and proactive. We had a good time because of her. Highly recommend her if you're looking for a guide.

Laurence was our guide to the sights of interests that we visited during our 2-day tour in Zhangjiajie, namely Zhangjiajie National Forest Park.
At our first engagement, he introduced himself and our upcoming itinerary. He was clear and communicated effectively with us in English. He also made prior arrangements with our driver so that we are on time with our scheduled activities.
To ensure that we stay hydrated during the day, he informed us on the weather forecast and prepared a bottle of water for each of us.
When we approached the East gate of the park, Laurence
elaborated on facts and highlights of the Park during our tour. Laurence is very knowledgeable and patiently shared with us as we approached each of the sights in the Park. As we were ending our visit, he prepared us on important things to note for the next day.
For the second day of our trip, he recommended we start our day at a great time where weather was cooling and Park was less crowded. That advice was great and we saved time while enjoying the Park. At the entrance, he also shared us on how the magnificent scenery of Zhangjiajie was discovered.
Before starting our trip to the Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon, Laurence shared various route options that we can consider to tour the Park. In addition, he shared key facts relating to the architectural construct behind the impressive glass bridge.
Besides being knowledgeable in the sights of the Park and Grand Canyon, Laurence is very friendly, personable and easy to connect with. We enjoyed his company and learnt a lot on Zhangjiajie during this trip.

It was an unforgettable experience the two days I was with my family at Zhangjiajie Forest Park and Tianzi Mountain. A walk we enjoyed to the extreme. Cathrine Lu, a serious and responsible company and the attention of our guide Gabrielle who accompanied us all the time, was very friendly and courteous. Highly recommended.

Bruce was the best tour guide ever! We contacted other agencies but they tried to upsell us on other activities and told us that it was impossible to see ZhangJiaJie in two days. Bruce was so knowledgeable and knew all the perfect spots for taking photos without all those big tour groups around. He also had the timing for the tour perfectly so we barely had to wait longer than 10 minutes in any line and avoided the large crowds. He even helped us book a restaurant for dinner and transportation for our departure. If every vacation had a tour guide like Bruce everything would be so efficient!

Michael was our guide and we had an incredible time. The park is amazing and Michael was not only knowledgeable but took us at the perfect pace. We'd highly recommend using his services.

Our guide was Bruce. He was very kind and helpfull. He prepared everythig in a perfect way and recomedad us restaurants and thigs to do after the trip. During the trip he explained us everythig and answer our questions, adapted the day as we feel.

We had a wonderful tour with Gabby. She was always helpful, diligently provided us with snacks and always had a smile on her face. We enjoyed the tour to the fullest and always felt that we were in good hands. She always had a plan and everything went smoothly. We can highly recommend the tour and Gabby as a tour guide! this tour include the world's longest glass bridge. do you mean the glass walk hanging on the cliff of the mountain by saying "The sky walk bridge" ? if yes, this is located on Tianmen Mountain. you can select other tours that include Tianmen Mountain. thanks.

Hello, We are a group of 6 arriving at midnight, we have two full days to tour and leave on the third day. Does your service provide transportation to and from the airport and also does it provide hotels or is that our responsiblity? Is there somewhere we can keep our luggage if we transfer from a hotel near the airport to lodging in the park or near the entrance. Do you take us off the beaten path? One thing that will make our group unique is that we have 3 that speak only English, 2 that speak only Chinese and our daughter in law that is fluent in both Chinese and English. Thank you. I look forward to hearing from you.
