Was für eine Erfahrung!!! Die Schildkröten lassen sich von den menschlichen Besuchern kaum beeindrucken. Andersherum waren wir völlig geflasht von den sanften Riesen und es war eine unglaubliche Erfahrung. Cooler Guide, der uns dann auch noch eine riesige Fischvielfalt zeigte, die sich an den Korallenriff tummelt.
Tipp für andere Reisende: Da Sonnencreme das Riff gefährdet, lieber Schwimmshirts mit langen Ärmeln und Kappe zum Schutz nutzen.

We had Aarik (sorry sir if I spelled your name wrong) as a tour guide and he was great! Consistently checking on how we were holding up during the experience and pointing out all the wildlife. We saw turtles, rays, tons of fish, and some squid (or cuttlefish I believe they were). Incredibly reasonable price and we loved the experience.

Lovely!! I will definitely come back; the place is beautiful and the wonderful experience, attended me via WhatsApp David Manzano and was extremely friendly was aware of all my doubts and when we arrived he went to receive us, although in the family not all of us swam including me I felt safe at all times, we had little ones who were very happy and safe with our Guide Andy, Julio and Abigail, the photos that took us just as beautiful, the beach was super clean as well as the facilities. I have nothing but thanks and much love for such a beautiful place and local staff. Pity the most are 5 stars because they deserve many more!!

It was a very rewarding experience. It has never been so easy to see turtles, there very close, without even having to get off the boat.
We went with the hired guide who served us very well, provided the snorkel and life-saving vest (mandatory, to force people to float, not dive).
There is a good organization so that people do not disturb too much the turtles, who go there every day to feed. I went early and I think it was the best time. You'll be crowded later.
The purchase here via the app went well, the guide contacted us via WhatsApp and passed the meeting place in Akumal. We went by car, he indicated us the parking near the beach.

Swimming with the sea turtles was the highlight of my vacation in Mexico. Our guide, Señor Luiz, knew exactly where to lead us to to find the turtles, we saw at least 10 of them munching on the seagrass! Also swam over a small reef, saw a bunch of “Dory” fish, and even spotted a sting ray which is rare!

We were received very kindly by David and Mariana. Got hints about parking. Then we went through the till to the beach. We were very well informed and had a private tour with 2 people. I can only recommend that. We have seen many turtles, a Baracuda and a ray. Mariana also took photos and videos, which I am very grateful about.
I would book it again anytime. Mega great!!!!

TLDR: It was great. Easy, safe and well-run. Very much worth the reasonable cost.
Excellent experience from the beginning to the end. After making the decision to go and book through Trip Advisor the day before our morning reservation, David reached out to me on WhatsApp to confirm the time and meeting location (a stand just off the highway before you make it to the beach). The pin drop was accurate, and we were met by another employee. David came to give us a quick rundown of how everything would work. We waited as they prepared our snorkelling gear and life vests (two families, seven people in total). In our car, we followed behind two guys on a motor scooter who led us to parking ($100 pesos/day) outside the main beach entrance. After giving us our wristbands, we went inside (lockers are assigned, and you leave a deposit for a lock). We got changed and met Maria (our guide). She was excellent and friendly and led us through the hour-long swim, taking pictures and pointing out turtles, rays and other sites of interest. The real kicker was getting a link to the photos for download. I wasted time taking blurry pictures instead of fully enjoying the experience.
