The weather was the only downer, one in our party uses a wheelchair. It had snowed a bit night before so the sidewalks were a bit tough to walk & it was cold. Your guide has a fabulous attitude & really made some lemonade out of the weather lemons. She was knowledgeable and fun & really made the day. Sights & food were very good & gave a real Little Italy Feel. Worth the cost for a real experience of the area if your unfamiliar…

I live taking food tours when I visit cities. Unfortunately, this one was somewhat lackluster. In the past, the tours I have taken go to 5 or so different restaurants with little tastes/small botes at each place. On the Cleveland Little Italy tour, we visited only three spots, with the majority of food (appetizer, salad, main dish) being served at one restaurant, La Vita Dolce. Unfortunately for me, I found every dish to be so salty they werealmost inedible. The portions at both places were generous. The guide was knowledgeable and friendly, although somewhat soft-spoken so her voice coukd be challenging to hear at times.

This was our first experience using Trip Advisor recommended tours and it didn't dissapoint.
Despite the inclement weather, the tour was excellent. Carol, our tour guide, was extremely knowledgeable of the long history of Cleveland and the impact of its earliest immigrants who formed Little Italy. The food tastings were amazing with the highlight being the "meatball" at La Dolche Vita which was delicious and melted in my mouth! You won't leave this tour hungry.
Would definitely recommend this tour and go back to try out some of the other Italian restaurants I never realized we had in Cleveland (relocated from Northern VA 2 years ago).

This was an excellent tour! We loved our guide! She lives in Cleveland Hts and knew so much about Murray Hill, Cleveland, Architecture of the Hill and other nuances! The food was great and very filling! Thank you so much for an awesome tour! I will recommend this tour to anyone wanting to learn more about Little Italy and how it evolved!

My wife had no idea what to expect. And I must say it was a wonderful experience. Carol, our tour guide was very personable and extremely knowledgeable about Cleveland’s Little Italy
She did an amazing job of sharing not only the “facts and figures”, but more importantly the personality of the area.
We enjoyed it thoroughly
The food was amazing, the stops, authentic and the history captivating

Love the neighborhood and the bakeries. Found a terrific bakery and we enjoyed many treats. Lots of places to grab a bite. We'll be back for dinner!

Carol was knowledgeable and easy to listen to. It rained hard the first 15 minutes of our tour-then it stopped and she didn’t miss a beat. The three restaurants were accommodating and we had a blast. Definitely recommend!!

This was a great way to see this neighborhood in Cleveland. Carol our guide was great! Lots of history about the neighborhood. You also learn the stories behind the first two places and the last place we got a wonderful desert and bought more treats. The market owner was fascinating. The owner of the second place was a hoot. He even made a pizza for the two littles we had in the tour. The food was all delicious. It was easy train ride in from downtown.

While the history was interesting, it revealed more racism than positivity toward the Italian population and their history in Little Italy. The tour guide’s feeble attempt to “whitewash” (pun intended) the history made it even worded. The food was good. But we saw so many better options than what was included in the tour. Also would have like to walk a bit more on a “walking” tour.

I booked our tour for Mothers Day and the company was gracious enough to honor that even though the restaurants were extra busy! Carol our tour guide was very knowledgeable. Food was delicious and the staff at the restaurants were extreme nice. My three teens enjoyed the afternoon! Highly recommend!

Hello! How is this carried out in order to be COVID-friendly? Are all of the dining stops held outdoors? Are tour groups kept small, masked when not eating, and spaced out? I'd love to do this, but want to make sure I'm not endangering myself or others by participating. Any information on how you've adapted this experience during the pandemic would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

It’s a short distance. We met at a park and walked a few minutes to the first place. Sat a while to eat and then walked a couple of minutes to the next. All the rest were within 2-3 minutes. We stopped along the way as the guide wanted to explain a couple buildings. So standing for up to 10 minutes occurred twice. It’s a small neighborhood.

We will be in town for an appointment on the 20th of Aug. and we are wanting to come up on the 19th to do the tour of Little Italy with you but I’m not sure if you can accommodate us. It’s myself and my husband. I’m allergic to shellfish FYI. Thought I should mention that. Let me know. Thank you!
