We loved the tour! LOTS of samples. Lunch at the Goldhorn was very good. Our guide, Ron, did an excellent job, very informative. Had a lot of fun!

Loved all the breweries and our guide was fun and knowledgeable. Highly recommend for any beer fans looking for a fun Cleveland day. Market Garden was our favorite brewery.

Planned a trip to Cleveland including a beer tour for all of the guys while the ladies went to the Riverdance show. Had hotel and dinner reservations all planned out. I get a notice less than 24 hours before our trip telling me that they can't do the tour at 11:00 as planned. They offered 4:00 for a tour that takes more than 4 hours which pushes into the dinner reservations and screws up the entire night. This is very unprofessional and not the way to run a business. Money was refunded and the guys will just have to take their own tours. I wouldn't recommend making any plans on the day you're expecting to tour because who knows if you will need to be pushed to another time or date!!!

Thank you for taking the time to review your experience with City Brew Tours. I'd like to give you a little background on what happened this weekend to explain why your tour was changed last minute. Unfortunately, your tour was postponed because we had no available vehicles due to an accident, and we tried every available avenue to keep your tour at its original scheduled time. While this was an unexpected and frustrating change of events, please understand that this is not a common occurrence. Ordinarily, we provide incredible and unforgettable craft beer experiences as planned- but there are things beyond our control.
We're truly sorry that your tour had to be changed so suddenly and on such short notice. This is not at all our usual standard of communication, and it is not how we typically operate. There were extenuating circumstances this weekend that forced us to change your tour time in an attempt to have as many folks as possible still enjoy the tour. I hope that your weekend in Cleveland was enjoyable despite not being able to take your brew tour as planned. If you find yourself in another one of our 17 amazing craft beer cities, I invite you to make a reservation and see how wonderful our tours truly are.

Our tour was the exact experience we wanted. Bob was the best tour guide. Very knowledgeable and experienced and personable. Our group was there for a bachelorette party and the tour was a great way to spend the day together before going out that night.

We had so much fun! My husband and I booked this with another couple as a “parents day out” and we had a great time. Our tour guide, Roger, was knowledgeable, helpful, and engaging. It was clear he loves leading the tours and knows a lot about breweries. We would definitely do this again!

This tour was so much fun! We went to four great local breweries (both large and small) and got to try a wide variety of beers at each. We also got to learn about the brewing process and see the differences between the larger and smaller breweries. Our tour guide, Bob, was awesome. He was so much fun and knew so much about brewing. I would highly recommend this tour.

We had a lovely time with our guide on Saturday. His knowledge was excellent and the choices of breweries & beers gave us a taste of the different neighborhoods and scale of breweries. My only suggestion would be to keep the van running when unloading cause it got quite warm for those in the back.

Great tour with plenty of samples! Food was yummy, although we missed the actual “pairing” part of the tour. Definitely worth it. Bob was awesome!

This was the best experience! We went to four very different breweries and were not disappointed! Our tour guide, Amanda, took very good care of us and was so knowledgeable! We had a lot of fun and will definitely be doing this again!
