We booked our tickets online whilst we were on holiday. Saving us a few euros rather than booking with the hotel. It’s the same bus transfer whichever way you book. Website is a bit confusing as it doesn’t make clear the bus transfer is both ways but it definitely is.
When you hop on the bus (happened to collect right outside our hotel) the driver gives you a ticket with the pick up time written on it.
The park had only just opened when we arrived so we weren’t long in the queue to get in. Just had to show booking reference and everyone in the party was given a wrist band.
Spent the whole morning on various different slides and water attractions.
Lunch was super organised with a cafeteria style set up. Nicely undercover so you stay cool. Lots of dishes to choose from around the 8-10 euro mark. Our choices were the cheeseburger, gyros and fries and pork souvlakia all very tasty.
Total day for 4 adults cost £164 which included entry, transfers, meals, 4 drinks, 4 ice creams and a locker.

Glijbanen waren leuk. Maar zijn verouderd waardoor het glijden van de glijbaan schuurt. Tenslotte was het eten erg slecht. Bepaalde gerechten zag er niet gebakken uit en de keuken zag er niet hygiënisch uit. Eten was niet vers........

We are glad that you liked the slides at the Aquaplus waterpark but we are really sorry that you didn't like the meal.
In aquaplus restaurant someone can find fast food such as spaghetti, burgers etc. but can also find some traditional dishes which are indeed more healthy than fried.
Furthermore the kitchen of the park is open till 17:00.

This water park is fantastic! There is a wide selection of slides and attractions for all ages and all thrill levels. Plenty of sun beds and the olympic sized pool is great. There is a huge selection of food which is good quality. Queues for slides are relatively short - no more than around 5/10 mins. The only criticism is the flooring in certain areas. It can get very hot during the peak heat times and also with Crete being very hilly, walking up slopes can be very slippy. Overall, an amazing water park for the family!

Positives - The park itself is large and very spacious with plenty of sunbeds on offer. The onsite restaurant is great with lots of food options, not just fast food. The toilets and changing facilities are good. The queues for the slides go in very quickly, not much waiting. The contact less payment wristband is great as don't have to worry about cash and plenty of lockers for valuables. The mix of slides for all ages is good and there is a massive outdoor pool.
Negatives - the park overall is in great need of a refurbishment. Cracks on walkways need repairs and found a few of the slides gave you a sore back when coming down on the ridges. The lazy river was the laziest river I've ever encountered. You have to keep pushing yourself the whole way, I gave up at one point and walked to get out.

The park was ok. Just ok. It's small and a couple of hours would be enough.
It's fairly dingy and unkempt. The connective sections on the slides are painful for your back.
It was fine untill a staff member manning the slides blew his whistle as I was about to go, because I was too early. That's fine, I stopped. Then he proceeded to very agressively and rudely tell me off Infront of alot of people for a while. I'm fine with the safety aspect and didn't have a problem waiting. But he was way over the top and unprovoked. Other staff members were abrupt and pushy. Ruined the day

Oud en gedateerd, spekgladde vloeren. Wat werkelijk smerig is dat is het eten. Absolute aanfluiting, kon voor 80,- euro zo de vuilnisbak in.

We are really sorry that you didn't like the aquapark.
Regarding the slippery floor, the park renovates and repairs where needed every year. Furthermore, in an aquapark it makes sense to have water in some points on the floor as guests get out and walk by the pools all the time.
Regarding your comments about the food, the park has a restaurant with a variety of meals, traditional Greek and fast food as well for everyone to choose what they want.
For once again we a re really sorry that you didn't enjoy the park.
We hope to see you again soon and have the chance to assist you better.

Parc aquatique un peu vieillissant.. sol glissant quelques toboggans vous procureront de belles sensations par contre certains sont avec des jointures qui vous font mal au dos car il faut rester allongé.. vous avez vite fait le tour .. les boissons sont très cher les transats d’un autre temps
Finalement le prix est excessif par rapport au temps resté sur place (11h à 13h30) en faisant 2 fois chaque attraction.

The park is open from 10:00 - 18:00 o'clock so you did not have to leave so early. Great day out. No queues at all due to the virus keeping tourists away from Crete so did not actually need to skip the line at any point do can't comment on how effective that would have been.
The slides were great, good variety for all the family.
Very clean, clearly very covid aware. Temperature taken on arrival, sanitisers everywhere, even on ride queue areas.
The food was typical theme park food but seemed ok value. For a family of 5 having main course, drink and ice-cream it cost about £10 per head.
Would definitely go again.

The park itself is brilliant plenty of nice water slides and enough to keep you busy. A Big tip, eat at the waffle bar or bring your own food, because the canteen food is disgusting and covered in flies. Looked like it had all been sitting there hours and was so overpriced. when we told the staff they didn't seem to care which was even more worrying.

One of our favourite holiday waterparks, All the slides anyone could want, all ages and level of thrill seeker catered for. Life Guards on all slides. Plenty of sunbeds, lockers, loos and free rings for the slides . Shops and restaurants. Also a huge swimming pool. This place is a value for money must visit.
