We sailed to Balos Beach and Gramvousa island on Monday and it was great!
Our guide, Carine, was very helpful and explained everything well. We got very good food on the boat and there was also air conditioning provided. There was plenty of room for everyone and the bus ride was also pleasant! A very clean bus with good seats. Balos Beach and Gramvousa were simply breathtaking. You can snorkel, swim and ENJOY! On Gramvouse you could also visit a ford where you had a full view of the two islands (see photos). It was beautiful!

Primo giorno a Creta ,io e il mio compagno alloggiamo a Chania, decidiamo di dirigerci verso il porto di Kissamos per andare verso la spiaggia di Granvousa e la laguna di Balos.
Parcheggiamo in maniera agevole e saliamo su una barca che ci condurrà prima verso la spiaggia deserta di Granvousa e poi verso la laguna di Balos.
Partenza ore 12:45, rientro ore 19:30 , costo per due persone 54 euro.
Tutto perfetto, equipaggio cordiale e disponibile, barca attrezzata per cibo, bevande e servizi, tappe stupende.
L’acqua cristallina della spiaggia di Granvousa è da togliere il fiato!
La laguna suggestiva e spaziosissima.
Tutto perfetto

Non riesco a capire come si fa a dire che è una bella esperienza, un intero giorno rinchiusa su un pulman 8/10 h di viaggio per contemplare solamente h2,30 un po’ di mare….. un esperienza che non consiglierei a nessuno. Partenza alle h.5,30, pulman 4/5 ore poi su un battello ammassati tipo formiche, un delirio assurdo, da film fantozziano. Mai piu

Please let us know the date that you took the tour as we cannot find, your name in any list of our agency.
Although, please find herby a detailed response regarding all matters mentioned.
The description is very clear, and to be honest everything about the itinerary is written in detail.
Our responsibility is to be very specific and honest in our product description, but it's the travelers responsibility to choose wisely and carefully based on those details.
We mention that the bus trip to Kissamos is 4-4.5 hours depending on where we will pick you up from. Also that in the meantime we will make a 20 minute stop for rest. This results in a long bus journey as Balos is located on the other side of Crete.
Every traveler located in Heraklion, booking that day trip is aware of the fact that they will cross by bus the whole island of Crete, from the East to the West.
We take pride in serving our clients with respect and we are always honest about the programme, we never mentioned that it's a short day trip or that there will be no other people in the ferry. It's summer months in Greece and every boat, based on the legal capacity by the state law, accepts and transports passengers with safety.
On behalf of our hard working staff, I wish you happy and safe travels and I hope that the next experience/tour will one closer to your preferences.
