We were made to feel so welcome and were really looked after. A very personal experience. The trek was just for our family group and the team took care to match us carefully with horses. We have not ridden for years and some of us were nervous, within minutes we were safe and reassured. A team very focused on the well-being of both horse and customer. Very, very pleasant.

We visited for the first time today after enquiring about lessons for my little boy who has additional needs and receiving a quick and helpful response.
The staff were so friendly and inclusive - my little boy is non-verbal - the lady on reception was chatting to him whilst I completed some forms and he ended up helping to put some helmets and vests away which was so lovely to see.
He loved going for a ride and it was really nice chatting to Helen who was leading the horse.
He had such a good time and we can’t wait to come back next week!

What a great first time experience. From the moment we arrived the welcome we received made us feel so relaxed. Very well organised and a special thank you to Anna and Harriet for leading us around and a lovely chatty time.

Fantastic experience, the stables, the horses, the route and especially the guides were lovely. Guides were chatting to the girls and passing on their riding tips for the whole duration of the trek. I would highly recommend this experience.

My sister and I wanted to do something together on our late Nans birthday. We went on a lovely 45 min trek on 2 very beautiful horses. The young lady who took us 'Georgia' was excellent. We just wanted a nice slow paced ride on the horses, take in the scenery and chat, and that's what we got. Georgia was a pleasure to chat with and made us feel very relaxed, the scenery at Creswell Crags was beautiful. From start to finish we was made very welcome, Sharon the owner is a really lovely lady and very thorough, and all staff that we met were friendly and happy, we felt very comfortable and safe with everything. We will definitely be doing this again. Thankyou for making our day perfect.

We were going to go for my mothers birthday but decided against due to the fact it states on their website that you are weighed before getting on the horse. Even if you’re a tiny bit over the maximum weight you’re not allowed to ride. I understand this is because of horse well fair but disappointing for us as we now won’t be going. Was offered a carriage ride but that wasn’t what we wanted.

What a shocking act to leave a poor review for having our horses' welfare as a priority and you have never even visited our centre. We have a 15stone weight limit and many riding centres are 13 stone. I am truly appalled and will be reporting this review as unfair and unjustified.

We all had a great time. Myself and my two children (4 and 6). The horses were amazing and very well cared for. We all had a lovely ride, the views were amazing.

Very friendly Helen was brill she chatted to me the whole time. Was very nervous as went alone, straight away I felt at ease. This place cater for all ages and disabilities, definitely worth a visit. I will be returning .
