Sarah was so nice and so full of interesting stories, anecdotes and behind-the-scenes information that you could not get from an audio tour. We arrived late and she was so gracious. My husband, I and our son really enjoyed walking the palace with her. She made it fun and easy.

Sarah has so much knowledge that it is difficult to contain in the allotted time - which we didn’t 😊. Sarah weaves threads of history together so expertly that no matter what you already know, or don’t, you can easily feel immersed in the lives and times of those you are hearing about. Look no further if you want a fabulously engaging, personal and humorous expert to lead you on your adventure.

Sarah delighted us all (53 visitors from Norfolk) with her engaging nuggets of information that opened our eyes to the majesty and flamboyance of Hampton Court history. Her historical knowledge was inspiring and her delightful delivery kept us hooked for over 2 hours. Thank you Sarah. The formal gardens and parklands were the icing on an already rich cake. Good facilities and access too.

We hired Sarah as our private guide, and she was terrific!

This was a most interesting trip. The guide made you feel that the Palace was a place where people actually lived. Her descriptions of their lives was so vivid and easy to imagine.

I visited Hampton Court Palace with my local WI group. We had an excellent private tour with Sarah Slater who provided us with many interesting facts. She is a very good communicator and is able to bring history to life. It was a very enjoyable day out.

Beautiful castle. Sarah was our guide and she was fantastic. Well informed and answered every question. Patient with us as we had a 9 month old with us. Crowds were basically school kids. Easy to maneuver around and look over them😉. Tulips were the icing on the cake.
