Good school for beginners to advanced students

I have been taking Spanish classes for several years now in both Granada and San Juan del Sur. In that time I have studied at five different schools and with perhaps a dozen different teachers. Mariel is definitely one of the best and most enjoyable teachers I have been lucky enough to find and I've been studying with her off and on for almost a year now. Academically qualified and knowledgeable in the Spanish language, she is also a rich source of information about Nicaraguan culture, local happenings, the history of the city of San Juan del Sur and the country, where to find things, how to get things done here, etc., erc. She approaches every lesson with her full attention, good humor, and plenty of patience. With her new school, Escuela en La Playa (School on the Beach), she comes to your hotel or can meet you at the place of your choosing. Her fees are comparable to other schools in the area and I think a bargain for what you get. I highly recommend Mariel Estrada and Escuela en La Playa.
