When we arrived at Heathrow on April 26 at 10:00 a.m. and discovered the driver who was to pick the 3 of us up at Terminal 5 was at the wrong terminal...he had all our flight information so we don't know why that happened...we had to wait to him to drive from the wrong terminal to pick us up at terminal 5.
On the return trip on May 9th a driver shows up at 1:00 p.m. at our Airbnb in London with instructions to pick up '2' passengers not 3 passengers as I had booked and he was in a car and couldn't take all 3 of us and our luggage in his car. After much discussion they called another driver who came to the Airbnb about 1/2 hour later and he transported our luggage to the airport while we went in the car with the first driver who originally showed up. Fortunately our flight wasn't departing until 4:55 so we were able to avoid going through customs etc. frantically. Not at good experience.
