First class company, Nick and Paula do an amazing job with their team. Always accommodating, outstanding customer service. The cars are immaculate, and drivers are always professional. Top notch service!

Another excellent journey. This time with Jamie, our Chauffeur. He had to keep in touch with us when we landed due to strikes at terminal 5. All went well with a slight delay. Jamie was waiting for us with a smile. A good journey home with his excellent driving. Would certainly recommend Aura Journeys.

We booked with Aura Journeys for our recent trip to the UK (LHR-Lincoln return). Our experience was first class and we highly recommend Aura. Their team was incredibly responsive and managed flight delays, itinerary changes and traffic snarls very professionally. The vehicles were immaculate, the drivers amazing and our journeys were positive from start to finish!

Rusty old Mondeo with a grumpy late driver. Course not, just the usual Aura experience, easy to book, good comms right up to the driver telling me where he was as we waited in baggage reclaim at the airport. Usual almost brand new Merc with our usual driver. We both fell asleep and awoke a couple of minutes from home, perfect.
Will we go again? Can't think why not, their local base is almost visible from our house, so local driver, knows the area in the dark. Price, no idea, good service so they are our go to and they are our come to. Perfect for both of us.

Gary was smart, prompt and a very good driver . Clean comfortable car.
Aura website was slick and easy to book on and as a first time user that was important.
Price was on high side but you get what you pay for!

As always a faultless experience, I was expecting to have to wait for my driver as I arrived early and quickly passed through the airport, however, my driver (Daniel) was there waiting ready.
Car was immaculate inside and out, a very professional service.

The morning of our scheduled tour of Edinburgh, I had considered staying back at the hotel, because I had sprained my ankle a few days before. I am so very happy that I joined the rest of the family. Our tour with William, the director of Aura Journeys, was one of the best tours we've ever taken. When William learned of my ankle situation, he gave us a general tour of Edinburgh by car, and then offered us quite a few alternatives to the walking activities in Edinburgh. We ended up seeing so many places we never knew about.
Edinburgh was filled with tourists. The amazing places William showed us were, however, uncommon places. He took us to historically significant castles, monuments, towns and eateries just outside Edinburgh. None of the places William showed us were overrun by tourists. Isn't that what you really want when you visit another country? We are so grateful for the day we spent with Aura Journey, and with William Kerr.
We strongly recommend Aura Journeys and William Kerr.
