Let’s go surfing

This was an amazing experience! If you thought Byron Bay couldn’t get better, we’ll it did. Our instructor was professional but sweet and always helped us out so we were able to get the best results out of our 1,5 hour session. Her colleague was just as nice and helpful. We could also bond with him on a personal level as we are from Sweden. We now call him “Smålänningen” That was honestly just a bonus.
I would really recommend doing this when in Byron. You’ll totally savor those moment you are surfing on a wave for a lifetime.

10/10 would recommend

Ava was a brilliant coach. Really gave you good advice to help your technique - we were standing up on the board regularly and keeping our balance within an hour! Well worth it. Would recommend. The waves were great too at the Main Beach! Be aware that it can be tiring though, especially wading back against the waves to catch the next one. We had a 2 hour lesson and that was perfect! Some companies were advertising 3-4 hour lessons and we definitely wouldn’t have managed those, and we’re relatively physically fit! Thanks again for a fab time, Let’s Go Surfing :)

Hi Lauren, Thanks for the great review! we are very lucky to have one of the rare licenses and permits to teach surfing In beautiful Byron Bay! We do not offer a 3-4 hour surfing lesson as we do not need to bus our guests to another beach 30 - 40 minutes away outside of Byron.... We surf ‘ right here... right now’ no long bus trip. Ava is amazing and will be stoked to hear your feedback ! Keep surfing ! Cheers, Dylan

Learning to surf...

2021年4月

Our family of five, three teens plus parents, all had a go at learning to surf with a private lesson, with varying degrees of success! It was lots of fun. Attentive and professional instructor, quality boards, and a beautiful location.

Highly recommend

Attended kids learn to surf lesson. What a great way to get kids enthusiastic about surfing. The instructors are kind, patient and so “cool”. Will definitely attend again.

Fantastic Instuctors!

Our two boys aged 6 and 10 had three private lessons over a week with Blake from let's go Surfing. Blake put in 110% with the boys and has left in a really great place to continue their surfing back home.

Highly recommend this highly professional outfit!

Thanks heaps Blake and we will be back in October for a top up.
