Our tour and visit to the Crystal Castle and Shambhala Gardens was terrific. The only day we had available to go was not on the list of regular tours, but after ringing Eco Tours, Wendy organised it. She was very informative about the local area, environment and explained the main features of the site before leaving us to explore. We all had a great experience! Everyone should see/experience this wonderful place!

I have a great experience with Wendy and the Crystal Castle Shuttle. She contacted me to pick me up at my place once I arrived in Byron Bay , because the app is not giving that option. That was so great! And, the way to the Crystal Castle is so beautiful, she explained when we arrived all the activities and areas to visit there. Later, everyone had the time to explore, and she went to pick up the group very punctual at 4:30pm. Really amazing experience for starting my birthday celebration. So happy! Highly recommended!

Shuttle driver was super friendly and the crystal castle is beautiful! He gave us a short tour/explanation of the place when dropping us off as well which was very helpful! Highly recommend.

We did the half day shuttle bus to Crystal Castle. Our driver, Wendy, arrived right on time for pick up. She allowed me to sit in the front passenger seat to avoid travel sickness. The drive was very comfortable. Wendy was really friendly and helpful. She gave us a quick intro tour of Crystal Castle before leaving us to explore on our own. Highly recommend it!

When Wendy picked us up, she asked me if I get sick when travelling and when I answered in the affirmative, she put me on the front seat. She even apologised to the whole group because she was late in picking us up but she was not that late, maybe not even 5 minutes late.
Once we got to the place, she got us our tickets and gave us on overview of the area which is helpful in planning how to go around this huge place.

Wendy is lovely, she picked me up and dropped off as agreed and she gave me an introduction of the Crystal Castle, which is magical.

I just returned from taking 7 people away for a Yoga Retreat in Byron Bay. The girls were very excited to go to the Crystal CastleTour......Wendy was such a friendly and knowledgeable tour guide. Also very obliging.. I highly recommend these very affordable tours . In fact ,I am so impressed, my husband and I will take some of her other tours in the future.

Thanks to Wendy from the tour company for the drive to Crystal Castle and helping to orient us travellers. Beautiful, the drive there and back and conversation are as memorable as the site
