We embarked on the Ultimate Segway tour, bringing along our four teenage daughters, one of whom was celebrating her 18th birthday. This was our second time riding, and it was the first time for our teenagers, who absolutely loved it! Opting for the 2-hour ultimate tour, we wanted a guided exploration of the Nature Preserve encircling the Costal Discovery Museum, along with the anticipated fun of cruising around on Segways through wooded paths and the park areas adjacent to the Preserve. Our experience exceeded expectations! Gliding around the beautiful grounds on a Segway was one of the highlights of our Hilton Head trip. Our guide, Kim, was amazing! We all loved the adventure, particularly the pauses to explore various sights along the route. Kim's expert explanations and historical insights were icing on the cake! We learned a lot of interesting stories and facts that we would have otherwise missed had we explored the grounds independently. Moreover, the thoughtful gesture by Hilton Head Segway of preparing a birthday gift for our 18-year-old daughter added a special touch to our day. We thoroughly enjoyed the adventure and wholeheartedly endorse this tour to anyone who likes to have fun!! Many thanks to Kim from Jim and the Family.

My spouse and I love to do Segway tours when we travel (San Diego, Scottsdale Old Town, Atlanta….) and the HHI Ultimate Tour was, hands down, the absolute best. Firstly, the tour was on a beautiful preserve and we went around a lake at one point, so it was in beautiful surroundings. Our guide was personable and knowledgeable and we learned a lot about the history and natural environment of HHI on the tour. The segways have bigger tires than a normal city segway, so we were perfectly safe on the grass and trails. And most of all, it was incredibly fun!! An extra bonus was the green market that was taking place on the grounds, so we got to walk through the market after the tour was over.

We’d never ridden a Segway before, and it was easy to learn and SO much fun! We enjoyed learning about the area and getting to ride around on all the trails. This was our very favorite activity we did!

booked on the morning of tour we booked a 90 mins guided tour and it didnt disappoint chris our guide was brilliantvery thorough explained everything the grounds we went through were beautiful and steeped with history .... we were took to see alligators and then took through the trees and hidden pathways where i misjudged the ditance from a tree and fell off (😂😂😂😂) tree was un hurt ... i cant thank chris enough for a relly enjoyable 90 mins which went too quickly

Thoroughly enjoyed the beauty and history of this tour. Our guide was knowledgeable, courteous and patient (I’d never ridden a Segway before).

We had an amazing Segway tour with Janet .. she gave us a fantastic narrated tour where we learned some really great facts about the history of Hilton Head and the local ecosystem. The tour took us through some beautiful trails with breathtaking scenery - the two hours were well worth it and Janet is the guide you want.

We've taken tours with Hilton Head Segway in previous years. Each time was fun and informative. We were a group of four. I called rather than book a tour over the web - my choice - and they were very polite and accomadating.

Chris was are guide. He was great on our tour. Me and my wife have not been a segway ever! Made means my wife feel comfortable. All four of us had a lot of fun on the 90 minute tour.
