Trip advisor confirmed this reservation- charged my account and off we went. An hour drive( which was beautiful) but got there and the place was closed. Got their voicemail when we tried to contact them. I then called trip advisor for a refund… since we couldn’t actually go kayak… and Alfred, the “customer” service agent said he would have to investigate before they can issue a refund. I sent them pictures and a video showing no one was there…
I’m expecting a full refund. I wouldn’t book through TripAdvisor since they’re happy to charge without actually confirming the place is actually open…!!!

The appearance of the business was lacking. We drove past it because it's in an older building with little signage in the middle of no where! Honestly we almost didn't go in because it looked closed. But the owner was great, very nice and helpful
