App worked ok but took us to places where there was no phone signal so did not recognise we had arrived.

Thank you so much for your lovely review. We certainly appreciate that phone signal is an issue in some places (e.g. mountainous areas / urban areas with tall buildings). The app is therefore designed to also utilise GPS, and operate even without a cellular data signal, if needed. When without signal, live functions do indeed pause (live chat/Google/Apple maps navigation), but the app's core functionality continues to work. Then, when the user returns to an area with phone signal, their scores refresh (updating everywhere visited while offline) and the live function return. It's possible GPS may have been switched off on your phone.

Is this delivered via email or download or do you have to go to a brick and mortar office to have it downloaded to a single phone? Also does the app talk to you as you drive along about the sights that you are near? Telling directions and history etc...?
