We had such an incredible time at Sydney Harbour Kayaks! I brought my 3 kids along, and a friend joined with her children, and it was an unforgettable experience for all of us. From the moment we arrived, the staff and instructors were incredibly welcoming and professional.
The instructors were so patient with the kids, explaining the basics of kayaking in a clear and fun way. They made sure everyone felt safe and comfortable throughout the lesson. The kids absolutely loved being out on the water, and with the instructors' encouragement, they quickly built up their confidence and had a blast paddling around.
The weather was perfect, and the views were stunning, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. Huge thanks to the instructors for making this day special, fun, and safe. We felt well taken care of, and the kids had a wonderful time learning new skills while enjoying the adventure.

The harbour was amazing although it was raining on our private tour it did not stop us from having a wonderful time. Shannon was incredible!

We arrived at the Maritime museum just before dawn with high expectations that were full filled at every level.Excellent equipment,knowledgeable and inspiring staff and a lovely group of fellow participants. The highlight was the calmness of the Harbour in the morning light and the many photo opportunities available ..,the Sydney Harbour Bridge ,Opera House etc and the breakfast stop at McMahons Point .
This is a tour you need to put on your bucket list!

Superb location and really helpful staff. Over from the UK and hired kayaks to explore. Fantastic location and really helpful staff. They advised us on the best kayak option and told us about the weather (wind) forecast. Very safety aware. Recommend without hesitation

Thanks to the fully competent staff for your service today. It was a great activity had by our group. We'll look to go for a longer paddle next time. Great option for a Kayak on the North Shore.

Middle harbour was a great spot to paddle. The only let down is the man working behind the counter does not seem to have any interest in helping his customers. Did not seem to have any interest in talking to his customers. The lady working there was very nice and helpful. Would of been a five if I felt more welcome.

Thank you for your review and as the owner (and the guy behind the desk) I do apologise that I wasn't able to make sure you had an all-round good experience with us.
I should have been more attentive of your needs, however I am very glad my manager Ange was there for you. My service wasn't good enough.
The only thing I can say is that I am the event organiser of Australia's largest paddling event with over 1000 paddlers and support crew. I am currently on deadline as the event is in a couple of weeks. It is difficult during these exceptionally busy times when my desk is part of the main service desk.
Please visit us again; I do hope you do. I am sure we (well I) will be able to give you the level of service that you need.
