Great tour. Well organized. Good training before tour started. Buffy and DJ were fun with great tips and information about the city.

Buffy, our tour guide, was fantastic- very knowledgeable about the city, was very accommodating and was fun and upbeat. Would definitely do it again.

Really fun and interesting tour of downtown Nashville. My wife and I really enjoyed this tour with Buffy who was very engaging, nice, funny, and helpful. Even though my wife had basically no Segway experience, Buffy helped her every step of the way with the hills. Although I wish the tour was able to stop and get off for photos, all in and all it was a great time. Highly recommend !!

This segway tour was great, Jacob and Tommy made sure we were all fully trained and had each practiced on the segways within a safe environment, before we went on the tour. Tommy even made sure we had bottles of water and sunscreen too 😊. Jacob, our tour guide, was friendly, fun and knowledgeable, whilst making sure we were all ok, and guiding us along the route. We each had radios on our segways so we could hear everything Jacob said. At the end of the tour, Jacob then spent time writing down several bars and restaurants for us to try…which was great for me as a vegetarian. We’d never ridden segways before, but they were really easy once we’d been trained, and I can’t wait to do it again 😊

This segway tour was a highlight of our trip! Eric was awesome... he taught us so much about Nashville and made great recommendations for our trip. We have two sometimes difficult to please teenagers with us and they absolutely loved the segway tour. The segways were easy to use and we all felt completely safe the entire time. Eric spent time teaching us each how to use the segways and made sure we felt comfortable before heading out into the city. We didn't want the 2-hour tour to end...it was fantastic!

Buffy was a fantastic guide!!
Super sweet, knowledgeable and I felt so safe after her training. This was a great way to start our trip off in Nashville. I was able to understand the ins and outs of the area and everything in between.

we really enjoyed our tour of downtown Nashville with Brett, he made sure we were all comfortable on the Segways before we headed out and made sure we all felt safe on the trip, also he was an enthusiastic and entertaining tour guide and we enjoyed going back to some of the places we passed after our tour - highly recommend!

This was a very entertaining and informative way to see downtown Nashville! Eric did a fabulous job of imparting knowledge of history, pointing out local establishments that we may want to visit after the tour and sharing personal experiences in Nashville! We would love to do this again with our sons next visit!

We’ve done several Segway tours, and this one was totally worthy. It was a chilly day, and we ended up with the tour to ourselves. They supplied gloves, which was an unexpected bonus. Buffy was an excellent tour guide, very friendly and informative. She & Thomas the tour guide gave us several great food & entertainment referrals too.

Great experience, tour guide Jacob did a wonderful job guiding us through Nashville. All the staff was very friendly from as soon as we walked in to when we left !

What if there's inclement weather?
Our tours operate rain or shine. We do provide ponchos. For cooler weather, we highly suggests gloves! If we do have to cancel your tour due to unsafe weather conditions, we will allow you to reschedule (pending available) or receive a full refund.

Neither my wife nor I had any problem with comfort. Training at the outset allowed opportunity to become familiar with the handling of the Segway - and I imagine that it would be possible to cancel at that stage if one encountered problems.
The only certain answer is, of course, to check with the company that operates the tours.
Do you have to have closed shoes.

What they said to us: If they cancel due to heavy rain they reschedule or refund your money. If it's only light rain they say they still go. If you cancel you because of light rain you forfeit your money. You can call, text or email them and discuss this with them. They are pleasant and easy to talk to.
