It was a group tour. There were six of us. My husband and I did not know the others in the group, but we had a ball together.

I'm not sure about gluten free. I think you will have to ask them when making the reservation. They did confirm no food allergies in our group before we started the tour, but some of the food is prepared in advance so I would let them know before.

It wasn't too much walking, and was at a slower pace with stops along the way. I would definitely not say that it was strenuous, but rather leisurely and we stopped several times along the way to discuss history, landmarks, etc. If walking too much is a problem, I would ask the host about it--they seemed very accommodating.

Give them a call. There may only be 6 spots left on that days tour. When we went that happened and they opened up another tour. They were very friendly and super easy to work with.

This tour is focused mainly on the food and history. One stop had a fruity cocktail and the last one had a choice of a beer or hard cider.

You sit down at all 4 eating spots. The 1st 3 stops are fairly brief. The last of the 4 stops on our tour, a music venue, we sat for a long time and could stay indefinitely.
