I took my kids here for the second time. It's pretty good. Don't get more than an hour. There's really not that much to do. They liked the rock climbing wall and the trampolines. But an hour was plenty of time. Save your money by not going for the second hour.

My toddler loved the toddler area!! I have to say I have a very bare 5 year old that climbed to the top of 2 climbing walls!!! They had a blast! Highly recommended for our kids that needed to let out some energy out!!

A grandsons trip to Pigeon Forge included Top Jump. For a non Spring Break week it was very busy. Noticed a lot of "groups' in attendance. However, crowd did not limit activities.
We opted for the 1 hour session. Plenty of time to climb and jump.
Boys enyoyed and I enjoyed watching.

Fun for the whole family!! Our kids, ages 8,10 & 11 loves the wall climb, trampoline park and ninja zone! Not to mention the arcade and endless candy! We come every time we’re in the area.

Matthew was very rude to me and my family about us watching a safety video. In what universe is a 3 year old child going to sit still enough and pay attention to a safety video I’m not sure. Which is really besides the point. A whole family went ahead of us and also skipped the safety video and nothing was said to them. I was trying to put my 3 year olds socks on him real quick while getting told continuously to go back and watch the video. The rest of the staff was very friendly and helpful so this is nothing against them and my son loves jumping and the arcade. But if you’re going to jump down one families throat about a safety video and not another then there is a problem.

I purchased the one hour jump/climb experience and felt it was well worth the money . I thought the price was reasonable and the place was super clean . You watch a little training video and the start. The staff was great to help newbies and my grandson had a blast !

Great Place! Kiddos had a blast. They have rock climbing and trampoline park with dodgeball. Arcade is pretty nice as well. Highly recommend.

This place is terrible we are a Latin family and the workers were very rude and following our kids and real disrespectful we felt that we were being singled out due to the color that is really messed up we came here as a family vacation to be treated like this is outrageous and not acceptable. I do not recommend this place if your Latin or different color if you are white then your ok I guess whatever I did not appreciate the quality of management or manager at all 🤬Horrible experience

If you get there in between time slots they make you wait a long time—25 minutes in our case, with small kids—with nothing to do in the meantime. Probably just want you to spend money at the concession stand. Funny thing was, the first couple of tines we came by they were nice about it. The last time they were rude to the whole family.

We had visited Top Jump 2 years ago when we were in Pigeon Forge and everyone had a great time. Unfortunately, this trip wasn’t great. The employee working the registers was unfriendly. Two years ago, our two year old grandson was allowed to jump in the big trampoline arena with his parents. This time, our 3 year old grandson and 1 parent were confined to the toddler area, which is a foam pit, a few small trampolines, a couple of slides appropriate for a one year old, a little tykes basketball goal, and a few other playground type activities. Meanwhile, our 5 year old grandson was allowed to be in the big arena with one parent. They have so many rules that if you read them all it would take up your entire hour. We also had to wait 20 minutes to view the “safety video” and try to occupy 2 toddlers in a small area while waiting. There is a new trampoline park in Sevierville that will be getting our business next time - there is no wait time and required video and the little guys can jump in the entire place with an adult - that’s a family fun park.
