Tour was amazing! Customer service above and beyond! Left an item behind and they not only found it but mailed it to us!! What a great staff!! We will be back!!

My husband took me for a ride for my 62nd birthday! We had a wonderful flight! I highly recommend Pilot Jesse and Boarding Attendant Taylor. The cashier was also, a pleasure to work with.

Scenic Helicopter Tours is a top notch company that we will always use when we come down to the TN area. All the staff was a pleasure to be around and they were all excited for us and wanted to hear all about our helicopter ride. The beauty of seeing the Smoky Mountains this way is breathtaking. Cody was our pilot and he was amazing!!!! Everyone who wants to experience this should use Scenic Helicopter Tours. Highlight of our trip.

First time flying on a helicopter with my family. Jay was our boarding attendant and he was wonderful and reassuring. Tommy was our pilot he is the best, our first flight was very special and I can check mark it off my bucket list.

Our pilot Tommy was very good he gave us a very very smooth ride and he was very patient with all of us and our boarding attendant was awesome!! Very patient and very nice as well as I’d gladly come back for this

This was great! My four kids enjoyed it a lot! One of them got a little unhappy with motion sickness.. so advice parents to give them motion sickness medicine like Dramamine before onboarding for this!

Best experience, beautiful views. The staff were so helpful from buying the tickets to finding the location to assisting us on the helicopter. The pilot was Dakota. Sweetest guy ever! My husband was nervous but loved it. Can't wait to do it again.

How long is the helicopter ride? The ride we want to take is to celebrate our 26th anniversary. We want to celebrate with something special, but we can't break the bank. Lol. Do you know what I trying to say? Evidently, not with a lot of grace. Please pardon my clumsiness. Thanks. Asheeldawho

I was up 18 minutes. The Ridge Runner tour was $129 and well worth the money.
