Absolutely breathtaking views, I wish it would have lasted longer!! I was nervous because I have a vestibular disorder and I was worried about getting dizzy and sick from the movement, but this ride was so smooth. Jesse is an outstanding and very experienced pilot! I am super appreciative to Jesse and to Taylor our boarding attendant. We cannot thank you all enough.

Hi there, thank you for the review. We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed your time in the skies. Some of our longer flights include the the Grand Tour and the Smoky Mountain Spectacular. You can't beat flying over the Smokies!

The tour was amazing. Our pilot Tommy was wonderful. He answered all of our questions and he give his own narrative of the areas we flew over. The boarding attendant Taylor was very nice also. He explained to us about how to board and exit the helicopter. It was a gorgeous day and the flight was great.

This was our first time in helicopter. Wade did a great job showing us the Smoky Mountain National Park, pointing out various points of interest in TN. He showed us where we had hiked earlier in week. Narrated interesting details. Ride was smooth.
The mountains were beautiful. Amazing land formations, visible only from the sky. Worth the trip.

We would not recommend this tour. It was slightly windy, and yes, we definitely understand safety first. Absolutely. However we were told that our tour would have a "slight variation" due to potential turbulence. We actually saw none of the locations listed on the itinerary. We were up in the air for only 14 minutes at a cost of $259. each. We did see the Smoky Mountains from a distance, but it was nowhere close to what was advertised and certainly not a "slight variation" to the itinerary. We were not offered a different tour at a reduce cost, we were not given any sort of refund. I did attempt to call and speak with Scenic Helicopter Tours and I sent an email with no response. Wind can arise with little notice, so please check and see exactly what you will see and what credit will be given for any reduced tours. Location was clean, tour started on time and everyone we dealt with was professional and polite.

Phenomenal experience. The kids loved it. Jay, our boarding attendant was fast and efficient and super kind. Rusty our Pilot was hilarious and made the experience fun for us and our kids. They both made this experience headache free! 5 stars!

I was the only one in my family of four that had ever been in a helicopter before, so it was great to see them so excited, especially my 4-year-old daughter in the front seat. I hope she remembers the experience for a while because she was definitely tuned in and engaged with the whole experience. The flight was extremely comfortable and smooth, and the pilot Rusty was courteous and friendly, which goes a long way with a family booking with young kids. The booking process online, communication over the phone, and welcome by the staff was a great experience, and we couldn't be happier with the experience itself. On the drive back, we talked about how amazing the experience was for quite a while, and I'm so glad we made it work and went for one of the longer tours. The one negative has to be the paid photographs taken by the boarding attendant. Frankly, they were horrible and we won't use any of them. Out of focus, parts of bodies cut off, completely random shots when it was obvious no one was ready. I understand the rush to board and the fact that photos can be candid shots, but they were just bad overall. Our digital pictures package included like a dozen pictures of us turned around and beckoning our toddler to walk out from the main building (not even on the walkway to the helicopter!). So that part was underwhelming, although not enough to dock the experience down from 5 stars overall! All the best pictures are the ones you take while you're in the air, of course, but it would have been nice to just have one solid picture standing outside the helicopter.

Superb helicopter trip over the Smoky Mountains with my grandson. Wade and Josh were excellent and it was a great experience. Everyone was extremely friendly and we got some great pictures. I highly recommend Scenic Helicopter Tours.

Our Experience was highly enjoyable due to your pilots great experience with children. My son does have Autism and they put him in the front seat which kind of panicked me. He did great though. Cole kept him calm and talked to him the entire ride. I highly recommend Cole for children of all ages!! Super friendly guy and awesome with kids!!! Does it get better than that??

The employees were super nice. We had a 7pm reservation but got there about an hour early and they were able to take us up immediately (we were there during off season). The flight was smooth and fun. The pilot was polite and friendly. The views were beautiful. Would definitely recommend.

Is picture taking allowed? I have 3 children so I would definitely like to have pictures of them. This would be a first time flying experience for all of us!!😬 I am looking for something unforgettable!!
